YUMMY!
These rice ramen noodles make a perfect spagetti for those of us with a gluten intolerance. The taste with the different sauces we used, was delicious. They added to the flavor and did not detrack. They were not soggy and mushy as can be the problem with other GF products. I gleefully recommend!

Grade: C+; or 3.75Stars. (Not Bad!) 4pack Lotus Foods Vegan Organic Ramen Brown-Rice Noodles
Our review of Lotus Foods Vegan Organic Ramen Brown-Rice Noodles (four-in-a-pack) in short.Upfront, this Ramen is one of the Thinner Cut Noodles., (i.e., in the spaghetti family it would be most like an angel-hair thin-noodle) So If you’re looking for an thicker Udon style-type of vegan-broth soup noodle(like AnnieChun’sUdon), this won’t be it. But if you love all sizes and shapes of (vegan) noodles, this may be worth trying. In addition to the pre-measured ready to cook/boil, individual single serving sizes that comes per bag-in the pack, what is most pleasant about this noodle is they have successfully cut a 100percent rice-flour noodle based Ramen that will actually boil to desired tenderness. As typically a 100percent brown-rice flower noodle or 100percent wheat based flour-blends tend to be a bit tough-to-chewy in texture at best even when baked/boiled/steamed/cooked, so this is why you will find that many rice-to-wheat flours are cut with other flours for a generally improved more balanced texture…Prep the water by pre-boiling on med-high for 10-15minutes, then tilt the pot slightly and when the water scalds the sides of the pot, it’s at a point of boiling, so then add one of the dry brown-rice noodle squares and allow to cook on reduced medium-heat until tender (test individual noodles by lifting one out with a fork to taste, when fully tender –strain completely, or remove groups of noodles with a fork and place in bowl or on plate and add desired amount of noodle-Peanut sauce(we like Tsang Bangkok Peanut Sauce-regular) fold until blended and then serve alone or with rice and/or seared tofu strips.**While There are a few brands of ready to heat microwaveable vegan wheat-to-rice-based peanut noodles (such as Annie Chun’s PeanutSesame Noodle bowl, which I like better –just add less water to cook in the microwave and carefully strain all of the water before adding the included Peanut Sauce packet)- Lotus Foods still brings you a qualitative elevated noodle overall, and is definitely worth it if you enjoy a pure brown-rice noodle.Grade: C+; or 3.75Stars.

delicious gluten free ramen
I have gut issues and need to be gluten-free, but I really missed my ramen noodles. This one tastes great and I can now enjoy home made ramen again! I heat it up for 5 minutes in water in the microwave then let it sit for another 1 -2 and add bone broth, GF soy from San-J, fish sauce, cilantro herbs, lime, etc, to recreate my own ramen soup. Delicious! Only thing, a bit expensive here. Fortunately Costco has it as well so now I buy there.

Great ramen
Love these noodles! I use them to make Mary’s Whole Life Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry (which is fantastic btw!). Noodles are super easy to cook and the texture, taste and sturdiness are spot on.
