Beneficial Nematodes Heterohabditis bacteriophora HB -Ships from USA (25 Million)

We had a bad infestation of Japanese beetles. Got these nematodes and sprayed them over the yard and garden in the evening when it was around 75 deg. F. Sprayed neem oil on the plants to get the adult ones, squished what I could. Within a week, all the grubs were gone, and I haven’t seen them since. I’d recommend them.

Bottom line upfront: they shipped the small envelope of nematodes will an ice pack that was barely larger than the nematode envelope. I can't imagine why they would think that would last on a cross country to the South in June.I accepted the risk when I purchased them--I knew it was going to be hot, so I was standing by to get them into the frig as soon as they got to my door.However, when I opened the double-wrapped bubble envelopes, the entire package was already air temperature (85° F) throughout -- to include the icepack.I don't have a microscope to check viability, but I assumed that, at a minimum, they had come out of dormancy and would begin to die off immediately, so I rushed to treat my garden that evening.
