Excellent Customer Service!!!!
It was a pure pleasure to do business with Konnected Concepts! Although I had to return the device due to my client needing higher speeds that's not available in my area for a LTE device. It had absolutely nothing to do with them, they provided the software and the device was linked to my account before delivery. They made everything seamless and I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Reliable connection and strong wifi signal
I had a borderline cellular connection with a Verizon jetpack (it would work some of the time but not all of the time). The cradlepoint router solved this issue without the need for external antennas mounted on my house. It also provides a much stronger wifi connection in the house; the router is on the second floor and I have a reliable connection in my basement office (the house is wood frame construction).A couple of things to note:1) I suspect that the "150Mbps" advertised modem speed is actually "150mbps" (mbps = megaBITS second) not Mbps = megaBYTES. 1 byte = 8 bits, so the actual speed is 18.75Mbps (this is what you'll see if you check the speed on speedtest.net or a similar site. I get 18/11 speeds pretty consistently, but I've never seen faster than that so I suspect that's about the limit of the IBR600C modem, whereas the jetpack was occasionally giving me 30+Mbps download speeds.2) This router will not work without a NetCloud account3) The router is likely registered to the seller, so you will need to have them contact CradlePoint to transfer the router to your account (they can also have CradlePoint set up a NetCloud account for you if you don't already have one).

The difference between MBps and Mbps and mbps
The review that states they are trying to pull a fast one on you by putting Mbps instead of mbps is just plain wrong. The ad is written it correctly. Mbps stands for Mega bits per second. mbps would stand for millibits per second which isn't even a thing. MBps would stand for Mega Bytes per second. It is the B capitalization that matters not the M, the M should always be capital.

Works well.
The device works well. The tech support seemed to leave out the fact that they cannot license the product for use on the weekend.
