Great vitamins and great value.

Simple and clear. Adds multiple vitamins and minerals normally found in either much more expensive brands or several individual forms. This capsule eliminated my need for a variety of other pills I was taking for the same thing found in this single serving.

This vitamin is loaded with nutrients and a great value. Been taking it for many years.

At age 55 I made an appt with a recommended dietician/nutritionist. My regular diet and exercise felt like they were lacking as I aged. After reviewing my diet (due to LPR and kept in check with a lean diet rather than otc meds) she suggested daily supplements. I take one with food after breakfast or lunch every day but no later than that. They definitely give me a boost! Just had my annual check-up and my doctor said continue with whatever you're doing. I've been taking this brand daily for about three years. Hair, skin, nails feel healthy.
