Excellent replacement shocks
Like a few other people have said the drivers side is not easy to replace. Someone suggested a knuckle wrench from Harbor Freight and that is not the right tool. You will need a 19mm swivel 12 pt. wrench to tighten up the top nut on the driver's side and small fingers to get the nut started. The whole job took 5 to 6 hours with 75% of that time on the driver's side. Excellent product and when you need to replace your shocks these are the ones to buy. I have a 32' Winnebago Class C on a Ford E-450 frame.

Worthwhile Upgrade
Replaced the old shocks on my E350 motorhome with OEM and wasn't happy...installed these Bilsteins and experienced much improvement in ride over the stock (Motorcraft) shocks. These Bilsteins are $$$ but a worthwhile upgrade for your ride.

So for so good. I put 400 miles on this last weekend and it was much better then the stock ones. Not too stiff but good on big bumps. I would recommend them. I only have the fronts I need to put on the rears. My rear is real stiff with the air bags and heavy leaf springs and stock shocks. Don't know if it would help. Has anyone put them on the rear of a motorhome? 2000 ford E-450 28 foot

Shoddy Manufacturing
The first pair I got from Amazon came with lock nuts that did not screw onto the shaft. I had hardware store guys shaking their heads at their inability to find any, English or Metric, that fit these shocks from a third party seller on Amazon. I returned them, but the replacement Bilsteins which were sold and shipped by Amazon had sloppy welds on the built-in nut that keeps the shaft from spinning when you tighten the top nut. My open end wrench was not able to engage it because the weld overlapped some of the nut faces. Frankly, I expect better from Bilstein. I can only hope that the shocks will perform as advertised.

Good Shocks
Good shock absorbers. Put them in my 2008 Ford E250 Ext. Cargo. No more gliding on the road, solid feel and control. If they would be just a bit softer it would be 5+ stars. But it just me. Other then that I would recommend them as factory replacement.

Love These Shocks
I had these shocks before on a previous motorhome. Now on my New RV. They improved the ride & handling so much over the stock shocks. No more extreme tilting or swaying. I definitely feel safer driving with these Shock Absorbers.

Great Improvement on Class B Motorhome
Replaced Stock Ford Shocks on my Class B 1999, Coachmen RB19 motorhome. No more sway, tracks straight. Almost no "push" when passing 18 wheelers and the wind. Raised the chassis about a inch. Much smoother ride. Worth every penny!!!!
