LeeMen's Extreme Motion Crossroad Cargo Short

I had been wearing the Lee Men's Performance Cargo Short since last summer and really liked them. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find them in the size and colors that I want. I decided to try the Lee Men's Extreme Motion Crossroad Cargo Short since they are pretty similar in appearance and price.Overall, these are really nice. The fabric is slightly heavier and nicer than the Performance Cargos and the fit and length are the same. The waistband has a slight bit of stretch but not too much and it’s not flimsy. The phone pocket is on the right side, which I prefer over my other shorts on the left. The rear and cargo pockets have Velcro closures just like the other shorts.I like everything about these except the front pockets, they are ridiculously shallow and that’s a deal breaker for me. I tried these on, put my hands in the pockets, and hit bottom before my hands were even all the way in. Men put stuff in their pockets and don’t want to worry about things falling out every time they sit down. I wouldn’t trust these to retain my car keys let alone all the stuff I carry on a daily basis.In the photos I have circled the gusset stitching at the bottom of the pocket opening. I measured pocket depth from that point to the deepest part of the pocket on both shorts as indicated by the horizontal lines. The deeper pockets on the Performance Cargos are pretty standard depth as you would expect in any men’s slacks, shorts, or jeans. The pockets on the Extreme Motion shorts are practically useless. If not for that one flaw, I would have given 5-stars.

Moved to a tropical island, so needed shorts! Lots of shorts... These are pretty light weight, so they don't feel hot walking around the boardwalk when it's 85 and sunny EVERY SINGLE DAY. The waistband gives an inch or so, so I can wear them comfortably without a belt. The pickets are nice and the phone pocket fits my iPhone X like a glove.Read the sizes carefully. 36 is made to fit 36.5-38". 38 is made to fit 38.5-40", or something like that. I usually wear a 38, so that's what I got at first, but they fell off of me. The 36's fit perfect.

Love these shorts, bought three pair. 6’3” 215# 36” waist. Waist is forgiving some fat days a solid 36” some skinny days 34”; a little spandex mixed in the cotton. Strong zippers and buttons. Wash them in white vinegar delicate with a little laundry detergent - locks the color. Dry on low for a few minutes then immediately hand for no wrinkles pressed look. Wear with an untucked izod polo saucony bullets for super casual office to workout... golf club. Perfect look without a lot of expense.

I’ve had a lot of different cargo shorts, but these are my favorite. Lots of room in the crotch, material is very flexible and durable. I need to be able to move comfortably at my job, squatting, and crouching frequently. I can do that in these with no problem, and I don’t have to worry about them tearing in the crotch or being racked. They sort of remind me of gym shorts, but they’re much nicer looking for work. After several washes they haven’t faded or shrunk. I now have 4 pair of these, all in different colors. My new favorite.Shorts were delivered fast and in good condition.

These are well made and very comfortable. The material is soft and comfortable to wear. It fits great with the stretchy waist, I'm between a 33 and 34 and the fit is ideal for me. The smaller pocket for the mobile phone is great and it is very easy to retrieve your phone and re-insert into the pocket.I definitely recommend these short and am looking to purchase a few more in different colors.

Great solid pair of shorts. My bf wears them at work(in a machine shop) and they are put through the ringer there. Grease, oil, tools, bending, pulling..you get the picture. So far, they have been perfect for him. They clean up really well in just a regular laundry cycle and are not constricting in any way. The elastic waistband is great for anyone who is constantly moving around. It doesn’t dig in and they stay up even without a belt. The size is spot on for him, too.

The fit and stretch of these shorts are both excellent. I can move around as I please without restriction. The pockets have plenty of room for wallet, keys, phone(s), knife, and EDC items. They don’t stretch out like other shorts so even on subsequent days of wearing, you can go with or without a belt. I have zero complaints and have since bought two additional pairs. These are my new favorite shorts.

These are comfortable and flexible and don't look half bad. As cheap as they are I thought it was a bit of a risk but they seem great. I've had them for a few months and they are holding up fine, I give them 4 stars on durability just because I haven't truly had them long enough yet to really rate that.How flexible are they? I'm a little over weight at the moment with very muscular thighs and I can load up a barbell and do a deep squat in these with no fear of tearing and they don't catch on my thighs either.

Great shorts by Lee good quality and value they look great on.

Bought 4 pairs of these now, really great

I’ve twice ordered these shorts in size 34, they arrive in size 30!! Attempts to customer service to explain the issue are to say the least …..exhaustive, clearly the robot keeps picking 30 as its preferred option, I am in Australia and to go through the postal procedures of returns is so tiresome and frustrating.Do I give in and no longer attempt to re order what I originally wanted😖

I've tried ordering these from the US a few times now and they are always shipped 2 sizes too small. I ordered a 36 and received a 32, leading me to believe there's a sizing issue. I recommend you consider buying 2 sizes too big if buying from Australia. Other than that, I love these shorts. They're comfy and the phone pocket is super handy.

With all the things we carry, car keys, wallet, change, mask, gloves, disinfectant and other stuff, it is really nice that these shorts have a slot pocket for a cell phone behind the cargo pocket. The shorts also fit well and seem to wear well and be easy to clean.
