Bona Mega ONE SEMI Gloss

This floor is 96 years old. Without sanding and just deep cleaning, this product was easy to apply and finished beyond my expectations. In the past I’ve used numerous stain/varnish products and this Bona Mega Plus product is the best period.

Love this product. No smell, cleans up easy and dries quickly. Pretty easy to use with good applicator but there is a short learning curve for getting smooth, even application as there is with any clear finish.

This used to be a two part finish that you mixed before use and Bona made it premixed. It has a good shelf life (months, if opened and kept cool). It does NOT have as good of water resistance as the other two part Bona finishes. It's better than standard polyurethane however, and a bit easier to use. I have used it on kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors with no issues. I have used the two part on counter tops and around sinks with no issues. Alcohol can effect the finish, so be careful with cleaners.

I like this product very much as also was my first time using Bona Mega one or any Bona floor finish. It is amazing. It went on with a 18in T Bar so easily and leveled greatly. I did three coats back to back 4 hour dry times and no sanding between coats. it come out very very good. I let it cure for an extra week more than required it is a very hard finish and I am completely happy about it. Thank you for such a great product.

I purchased this for the reviews. I had a small spill of 409 over the floor and i was stunned when i saw the product bubbling out and peeling off... Same with Clorox and alcohol. a real bummer...
