Installed on a Talaria with RST forks. Spring is a bit longer then stock. I took the rod off the cap and cut a piece of 1" delron between 3 and 4". Actually was a piece left over and it fit perfect so I don't have exact measurement. Less sag in forks and they seem smoothed out a bit. I weigh 225 and the X firm seem perfect.

Works on Talaria RST forks
This is a very important mod everyone with RST forks need to do. I added a pvc spacer to add extra preload since I weigh about 300lbs and it works good for now

Fix your Talaria Sting factory RST forks cheap!
Why spend 2k on fork upgrades, this spring worked incredible and I am 270lbs, installed on the talaria sting with the oem RST forks, took 10 min and what a difference!
