Great hose. Was reasonably easy to put up and works really well. No tangled hosepipe anymore and plenty long enough to go all round the garden and even a bit beyond. Looks smart mounted on wall and folds back after use. Very pleased 😃.

I bought this hose for a gift for my husband. It was easy to install, assemble and to use. However, it started to leak only after being used a few times. I contacted Amazon who in turn contacted Steven from Garden Fox Ltd on my behalf. Steven was extremely helpful and a new hose was sent to me directly within two days. We're delighted that the issue was so quickly resolved and we'll certainly purchase again from this supplier😀

You need a long shafted Philips screwdriver to install the plastic wall bracket. Do not try with anything else as the screwhead will not withstand attempts to screw from an angle. There is a template on the flap of the box. You must have plenty of clearance on each side of the bracket to enable the reel to swing through 180° and you are quite limited with how high on the wall you can position it. They supply only the cheapest nozzle attachment, which turned out to be in the open position, so as soon as the nozzle was attched, with the water on, I got a good soaking. Fortunately it was a very hot day. It is supplied with a flow stop connector at the business end, so normally you can change attachments without having to turn the water off and on again. There is a small notch on the bottom of the wall bracket that will enable you to click on one small nozzle attachment for storage. It's a little awkward to get to and out of sight so you have to do it by feel. As the bracket must be fitted quite low, you would not have space to store, say, a lance attachment for hanging baskets. The hose is quite stretchy so at the further reaches, it's difficult to tell whether it's stretching or feeding from the reel. It's advised to drain and remove the reel from the wall and store it over Winter.

I would like to say I brought this in September but didn't put it up till May when getting it out the auto rewind was not working ..and after 7 months they replaced it with no problem at all ...Great product and even a better customer service. Stewart and Gibson your first class .

I have already advised the product provider that this product is faulty. My builder installed the hose reel correctly. The connection from the tap to the hose is fine but the hose has not been installed correctly within the plastic casing and leaks significantly when the water is turned on. Because the hose is encased within a plastic casing I can not rectify the problem. I have asked the supplier for a replacement but so far have received no reply.
