They dissolve very quickly, thus enters your system much sooner than the standard pill. The fast dissolve are made in 1, 3, 5 and 10 mg. Also, Melatonin is made as gummies. When my grand kids are super hyper & restless, their mom who is a doctor, gives them a low dose gummie. They sleep all night, and are so much more refreshed in the morning. But fast dissolve would be my recommendation for adults; if you don’t do well swallowing pills. **Q: How big are these tabs? Nothing ever seemed to work.Tried normal melatonin and all the other supplements. Tried various prescriptions that made me dead tired the next day or that made me uncomfortably drowsy.This is, without a doubt, the only thing that has consistently worked. It's not perfect, its not 100%, but its definitely like 90% success rate.I can feel a relatively gentle drowsiness about 30-40 minutes after taking it and, for the most part, does keep me sleeping throughout the night. Again, its not perfect- especially if you're like me and have a hyperactive nighttime brain. But, it really is the only thing that has helped.My only gripe is that it seemingly isn't sold in stores anymore?
