I use 18, 3-ring binders for a hobby and buy good ones at Staples. Even there, and at about $12.00 each, they no longer come with any kind of sheet lifters. They don't sell any kind of sheet lifters, as well. I found these on Amazon and have placed 3 orders over the last year. They work great, seem to be holding up very well. I add a cardboard stiffener page between the lifter and my page and that really protects my first and last page. Very satisfied.

I have been using them in several notebooks for the last few months. I like the shape.

I keep many documents in page protectors, in 2½" and 3" D-ring binders. Since notebook binders don't come with sheet lifters anymore, I buy these to keep the pages orderly when closing the binders.

These are a bit thin, especially compared to some like Avery brand ones, but not ridiculously so. They should hold up to regular usage fine.

THey are not as thick or sturdy as I had expected. They bend too easily under the pressure of a closing binder. However, they are better than nothing and are better than the normal vertical lifters you normally find. These work better in the D-ring binders than the other type.

The sheet lifters will keep your leading page from getting caught in the rings and smooshed. They are lightweight enough to let you ....punch other holes in them. Which is handy for other styles of notebooks not three ring binder style. they are a little heavier as a cardboard cereal box, but they get their task done just fine.
