This caramel arrived sooner than expected and the packaging and inserts with the caramel were just splendid, much care and attention to detail, but the best part was the caramel itself. It did appear to be pricey when I ordered it, but I needed it to make turtles for my honeys birthday and I did not have the time to make the caramel and I must say I’ve never been so happy and pleased with a product as I am with this caramel, it is easy to work with and the quality and taste and texture were all perfect, it makes me want to order everyone I could find just so I could make sure I never ran out, truly I just couldn’t be any happier, I absolutely love this caramel and will probably never make homemade caramel again

I make caramel chocolate covered pretzels as favors. This is the only Caramel I will ever use, it lasts a long time when properly stored.The texture and ease of use and OMG the soft caramel taste! It melts in your mouth and still holds it shape after its been dipped into chocolate. I want the best experience for my customers and family. Gone are the days of unwrapping hundreds of small wrapped caramels! This is worth every penny..It brings out the best in your final product.

I have used this carmel for years in my baking, candy and just as a treat with a hunk off the 5 pound loaf. Great buy for the money. I hate to stand over a hot pot and stir. With this Peter does it for me.

I bought this product specifically to make caramel corn.And I am so glad I did. We eat a lot of popcorn in our house,as my husband is diabetic. While he must stick to butteredpopcorn, I gleefully melt about 8 ozs at a time (with a littletap of butter) and pour directly on my big bowl of (buttered)popcorn, stirring well to mix. It's so rich and flavorful, you willhave no reservation on sharing your caramel corn with companyor even making up a big batch for a personal gift or forthe holidays. . and the like. Just let it completely cool beforebagging. It's a real treat--And yes, it is that good. Don't worryabout buying 5 lbs at a time because you can go through itquickly, as you become the favorite kid on the block!

I make pecan turtles and his was by far the best caramel I’ve ever used. My candy received many compliments.

The taste is good. This is my first time ordering, I have always used Nestle’s. It’s a little harder to work with when I’m making candy. It’s not as soft to handle.
