I had an email from Megan within 24 hours apologizing for the problems. She indicated that their company was very concerned with product quality and asked me to reiterate the troubles I was having. She also requested my Amazon receipt and any photos I could provide. All of that was easy enough to produce and I sent it to her that day. This product has a 90-day warranty, and after producing the requested information, GoFit told me a replacement was on it's way. I received an entirely new gravity bar within two days (not just the part that had failed) and they did not request that I send the old bar back (wow!) In the end, I would disagree with the other reviewer that GoFit has bad service, as you can see their service was excellent and the prompt nature in which they dealt with my issue was excellent. While they did need quite a bit of information, I do understand that products like this can be installed incorrectly or used incorrectly leading to product failure, so Megan's questions were not out of line and her tone/demeanor was professional and pleasant.Updating rating to four stars. If the product can hold out for 12 months, I will update to five.Now, back to working out!!!Let me start by saying that this is an amazing product and I love the workouts! I use my GoFit Gravity Bar every morning and have replaced my morning gym routine that I had built over the last few years with only this and a set of Weider adjustable dumbells and a stability ball. The reason I have to give this two stars is because after only one month of use the system is broken, rendering the straps (and thus the entire system) unfit for working out.I am 5'11 and 180 lbs. This morning while performing one of the recommended moves in the included book (mountain climbers), I heard a pop and upon inspection realized that a small metal dowel on one of the brackets flew out and was laying on the floor. I am really disappointed and am seriously hoping this is something that is limited to my unit and not a design flaw that others have experienced as this is a potentially injury hazard.I will attempt to contact the vendor and then update this review accordingly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars GoFit Gravity Bar is SUPERB *by D***G on Reviewed in the United States on May 2, 2012* The GoFit Gravity Bar arrived in record time and upon immediate inspection proved to be made of high quality materials. The instructions are good. Basically, you have to drill 5 holes (1/8" drill) on each side of the (inside) of the door frame for the supplied 5 screws that hold the metal plates which support the adjustable width metal bar (tube).Once you drill the holes (5 on each side); attach the screws; position the cross bar; and tighten the hex screws, you are finished with the support mechanics. Next, you bring the top end of the cable (with the metal loops) on each side through the left and right center guide on the cross bar, and attach the handles by means of the carabiners. GoFit not only supplies high quality parts, but also gives you some extra support screws, hex screws and an allen wrench. You grip the comfortable and strong handles and you are ready to do the exercises.The spiral bound, laminated, exercise book is also extremely well made and attractive and there is an exercise instruction DVD included as well.It is super easy to adjust the length of the straps by simply pressing the friction buckle/button at the top of each strap. Not only easy, but also very quick.The exercises are GREAT and include pullups, rowing, curls and reverse curls, tricep extensions as well as lots of routines for body core and the lower body. In use, the GoFit unit feels very solid and has exceeded my all of expectations with respect to workmanship, quality of instructional material, and exercise versatility. Once the unit is installed in the door jam you will not be able to close the door unless you uninstall the supports.
