I use these with an iPhone 8 and work just fine.

Do these ear phones come with different sized (small/ medium/ large) ear pieces (think they maybe called ear tips)

Yes they do. They are excellent ear phones. If you buy them i did use my own foam ear tips which make a better seal in the ear producing a better quality sound.

If the cable breaks/you lost it for whatever reason, can you buy just the lead?

Yes any alternative mmcx lead will fit, there are many suppliers Amazon or try ebay loads of different options from China (where these are made) with mmcx connectors

If you break/lost cable, can you purchase a replacement without having to buy it all again?

I believe so because it is a mmcx cable which is a standard and so you could replace it with many other cables. Actually the cable is good, but I am not sure how to get a replacement from final audio
