PreparaEvak Fresh Saver, Large-Short Airless Canister with Black handle, 1.8 Quart, Clear

I wanted this to store my little guys dog treats, they are not a solid item and a little bulky so the top doe not push down like it would with like say sugar or coffee, although I did love the size and the clear canister. Overall very happy and would recommendGreat Amazon find.

This product does keep my guacamole pretty fresh as long as you push it down really far and do not let any air in. The only issue that I don't like is when I washed the lid, I cannot get the water out... There are little tiny holes in the lid in which water gets in, & you cannot take it apart and dry. Not sure how I will be able to wash this in the future so that the holes don't get water inside? I've had it out drying now for 3 days and I keep shaking it to get the water out, lol.

Not quite big enough for the whole bag of coffee beans. Large size wasn’t available so I bought another one.Like glass better than plastic.

Not airtight. When closed, there was a dark circle a little while later. An when I went to clean it some of my guac was INSIDE the lid. That is so not hygienic.

I can't believe some people are using this for guacamole and other wet items. (However, I must add that the photos of the food in the container only show dry food.)The bottom of the plunger is perforated so any gunk that touches the lid will get into the inner workings of the plunger! And there are a lot of inner workings on this plunger. There is the bottom plastic shell, an inner o-ring that is very hard to remove, the outer sealing flange, the top cap/handle and two umbrella valves. Because this product is so complicated, cleaning would take at least 15 minutes and half of my drying rack. Because of that I would only use this for something that is dry and non powdery. Maybe it would would be good for whole coffee beans, rice, and chips. Not flour, leftovers, or the such.Also beware when reassembling the cap (after cleaning the insides for instance) make sure to completely rotate the two halfs together. If they are not completely closed the air will easily bypass the two umbrella valves and you will not get any sealing at all.Lastly, I asked previous customers how hard it was to lift the plunger. People were quick to tell me that anyone could easily do it. I found the initial lifting hard and unsatisfying. It took about 4x force to initially move the plunger because the cup seal has to invert before the plunger can move. Furthermore, the whole plunger is able to wobble enough that the seal can be completely lost and the cup seal can be completely mashed!I think this is an innovative product, and you are certainly getting a lot of technology for your money, but I find this to be a gimmick at best

This product is the best I have found for storing coffee beans. This particular size holds only a few ounces of beans, but it does an excellent job at keeping the coffee fresh.

Works Great...so far still fresh

Fast delivery for prime. Plastic product. Very light. Look flimsy. I guess if you drop it, it'll break easily. Within 1 day in the fridge the top part of the avocado had turned dark. I guess will have to add lemon juice and observe if it can prevent the avocado from turning dark slower. Any other idea on how to slow down the oxidising effect???

No sirve. Lo compré para guardar el café, además de que es muy chico, al cerrar se te va un poco de producto hacia arriba del empaque, por lo que cuando le quitas la tapa se hace un mugrero.

Definitivamente no pensé que fuera a ser de calidad, pero, me equivoque, es un excelente contenedor, fácil de limpiar, mantiene el café muuuuy fresco y pueden confiar en ello. Es muy intuitivo y los materiales se sienten de buena calidad, la disponibilidad de tamaños es muy buena.

aclaro que me gustan mas los de vidrio pero al ser tan delgado se rompen con facilidad, este al ser plastico es mas resistente ademas de tener menor precio
