I prefer this brand for a supplement. I had the gastric sleeve surgery years ago and take this supplement because my vitamin list has this supplement on it.

My doctor recommended these to help me with perimenopause-related heart palpitations. I don’t think they help at all, but they can’t hurt so I take them. They’re rather large and uncoated, so if that’s a problem for you, look elsewhere. No aftertaste.

Good value for money. Pills are not overly large. So far no problem with delivery or ordering. Needed a calcium supplement that would work with vitamins.

They are big but have a very smooth surface so they are easy to swallow

These pills are fine, EXCEPT they are rather large tablets and have square edges in the lengthwise direction. So swallowing these is a bit more difficult than a capsule or a smaller pill would be. On the plus side, you get more milligrams of calcium and magnesium than most other combo pills.
