what is in it besides Boric Acid?

Harris Roach Powder is 99% Boric Acid and 1% other ingredients. The label says "Roach Powder with Lure". I have not found what Lure is, only that it attracts roaches. One comment from Harris, was that Lure is not harmful to humans. My guess is that it is sugar.

Can i use this in my trash can?
