Pure, Powerful, and Effective — A 5-Star Creatine You Can Trust
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Momentous Creatine is hands down one of the best supplements I’ve used. The powder is ultra-fine, mixes effortlessly with water or smoothies, and has no taste at all, making it easy to take every day. I’ve noticed improved strength, better workout performance, and faster recovery without any bloating or stomach discomfort. Knowing it’s high-quality, third-party tested, and made with clean ingredients gives me total confidence in the product. If you’re looking for a reliable, effective creatine, Momentous delivers exactly what it promises.

It works; creapure-based so you know it's "real" which is key in the unregulated supplement world
This product is a great and safe way to consume creatine if you decided to supplement with it. I specifically looked for creapure and NSF testing/cert. For background I'm almost 65, play competitive tennis and other sports, do a lot of daily training around that plus do anything hard (Spartan on the list this yr, etc.). I had already reached my fitness goal (strength/lean body content, flexibility, endurance) prior to taking a creatine supplement. As a rule, I don't take many supplements (multi vitamin because it might help and isn't expensive - but prefer to get that from real food; COQ10...that's it). No other meds - so I can't speak to potential interactions. I resisted creatine for a long time - until the science has become increasingly clear on cognitive benefits. That's my primary motivation. I've been taking momentus creatine for a bit over 60 days. Sticking to the 5gram dose (didn't do any initial loading); I decided to take it in the morning first thing; I usually eat a light breakfast within 30 minutes. I had the classic/predicted slight gastro effects in the first week for a few days - felt very slightly bloated. It went away by day 5. Never did feel water weight gain or ny other effect. Somewhere prior to day 21 I felt like my lifts were more powerful (+20% which is a lot) - pushed through plateaus (load and reps) on a number of exercises. Again - wasn't looking for that but def felt it. Everything jumped across the board (both upper and lower). Creatine supplementation isn't supposed to help with muscle endurance but I think they need to relook at that. I spend a lot of time on the bike under load and feel stronger for longer. Feels like my bursts of effort (climbing, sprinting are way better). Might be a placebo effect - dunno. But it's continuing. Recovery seems a bit better when it comes to multiple intense workouts in a row. Again, placebo or real? I haven't been able to deduce any cognitive impact - that one will be tougher to measure, if possible. I'm going with the science on that one. Overall - I'll keep this in my very limited and proven supplement routine. Only note - the powder is fine to work with but seemingly not soluble at all. When mixed with water it doesn't "dissolve" it just swirls around in the water. So I stir it, drink it quickly, swish some more water in the glass to get the remaining residue and drink that. That works. It's tasteless, so if you add it to a smoothie or something I'm sure that's not an issue. If you're considering creatine, there is seemingly no price difference for Momentus creapure-based vs others. My opinion no brainer for the "good stuff". Note - for what it's worth, my son takes another brand (NSF certified, but not creapure) at the same price point and he's happy with it...so get at least the NSF part.

High Quality.
I use a paid app called "suppco" to see the ratings on my supplements. This creatine is rated high as far as quality and ingredients. There are so many crap supplements sold on Amazon so Im careful sifting through what to buy and avoid. Texture is perfect, no taste in my protein shake. Its a bit pricey and yes you can buy it cheaper but for me personally I value quality over price when it comes to supplements I depend on to keep my body healthy.

Best creatine on the market!
Excellent product. Only creatine I’ve been able to tolerate that doesn’t give me GI discomfort. Great recovery from my strength workouts, my muscles seem to be more defined, especially in upper body. I mix daily 1 scoop with half a packet of LMNT daily.

Great Creapure
Great creatine. Easy to mix, smooth to drink (which is usually a problem with a lot of products), and it’s been doing exactly what I want it to do. I’m a big fan of the quality of Creapure in general, and this didn’t disappoint at all.

Consistency and effects preferred over other brands
I’ve been using Momentous Creatine Monohydrate for a while now and find it to be a solid choice for a daily supplement. One thing to note is that the powder isn't as fine or "dusty" as some other brands I have tried. It has a slightly coarser consistency, similar to undissolved sugar, but I actually prefer this because it makes it much less messy to scoop out without powder flying everywhere. For anyone new to creatine, it is important to know that this isn't water-soluble, so it won't fully dissolve in your drink and will maintain that slightly sandy texture. I also found that I had to be patient with the loading phase. It took me several days to move from 5 grams to 20 grams to let my stomach adjust. Even now, I occasionally get a bit of an upset stomach if I'm not careful. I’m giving it four stars because it's effective and high-quality, though the digestive adjustment and texture might not be for everyone.

Finally feel great
A friend recommended this brand to me. This is my first time trying creatine and my life has been changed for the better. When I take this I feel so great. It has helped clear brain fog, and helps me feel awake throughout the day. The amount of product you get is great for the price. I add it to water in the morning, and while it doesn’t dissolve and leaves a gritty texture to the water, it doesn’t alter the taste too much and is easy to drink.

Good quality product
I am concerned about impurities in creatine. I understand that most creatine is produced in China and some by-products of their process can be hard on your kidneys. I started getting an ache in my kidneys so I switched to a German brand. This product Creapure-Creatine powder is made in Germany with high standards for its purity. I tried it and the ache went away. Pure creatine is good for blood flow to not just your muscles but to your brain, extremities and organs. I use it 20 minutes before exercise. Other side benefits besides muscle building is better memory, no more tingling in my feet and my feet stay warm at night.
