Quality creatine, does the job.
I dry scoop and chase with a swig of water. Super easy to dissolve, zero taste, and I notice a difference in brain fog, recovery, and stamina. Started taking this a few months ago to aid recovery and combat menopause symptoms. I switched to another high end highly touted brand that starts with a T. It paled in comparison to this product. I won’t use any other brand than this.

Bone-building creatine powder
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought this to help build bone and hopefully reverse osteoporosis. Recommended by my orthopedic surgeon who uses this product in conjunction with collagen peptides for the same reason (he informed me new studies show creatine builds bone as well as muscle). Easily dissolves in my hot coffee or tea and is completely tasteless. I gave it only four stars as I won’t know for a while whether it actually does improve the condition of my bones.
