Echo Dot (3rd Gen), Charcoal Fabric + TP-Link Tapo P100 Smart Plug, Works with Alexa

I bought the larger echo as a Christmas present to myself and loved it so much that I decided to buy three echo dots for different rooms in the house, even though they’re a third of the size the sound quality and functionality of the dot are just as good as the larger echo. I’m impressed with everything it can do and I also like that you’re not tied to amazon products despite having amazon prime I also have Apple Music and I am able to use my Apple Music account to play any song I like through my Echo dot. I’ve also found its fantastic to play music quizzes with guests but just as good for background music while eating. Overall I’m very impressed with this product despite still not knowing everything it can do which I’m looking forward to finding more about!

I purchased another echo dot but this time for my mother.Please be aware that setting up at another address is not possible unless you set up another Amazon account.The echo dot recognised my voice and added itself to my devices at my home address.Quite funny really it reminded my mother to start her keep fit exercises, she is 92.All sorted now and see love’s it.

Im glad I managed to buy this dot on offer and will be purchasing more when they are on offer again! Do not pay full price! 😊

At the moment, loving the novelty of it. Even loving my accent/pronunciation not being understood as other songs are played than I intended and it's broadening my horizons and reminding me of songs long forgotten. Couldn't be easier to put a play list together

I have wanted one of these for some time but I am on a limited budget so waited till the price came down and there was a sale on. It is not the latest model however it does what it says on the pack. I listen to music and audible on it, ask questions and give alexa commands to turn lamps on and off etc.

Sound lacks a bit of bass but what can you expect from such a small speaker.Perfect for the kitchen but if it’s your first Alexa go for the bigger speaker version.

My 3rd echo dot. They work well, great for controlling lights and sockets. Voice recognition surprisingly excellent (I'm Scottish) - occasional quirks when requesting specific music tracks, but generally good even when I get the title wrong.

Love these devices, got it linked to all smart devices in the house, even my Xbox, so no more pausing games to record or screenshot 👍🏻Shane it doesn't support PlayStation though.
