Q: Is there a hand pump to fit the bottle of pumice ? I love these smaller 10 oz. bottle to set in Kitchen. Is there a pump to screw on ?

I am sorry there is no pump. It is a squeeze bottle. It has a small hole in the top (like Dish Detergent) and you squeeze to product into your hands.

Q: Will it stop your skin from itching

Probably depends on why your skin is itching. From dry skin? Yes, probably. I use this because its gets grease and gunk from working off of my hands without overdrying. But also use in shower to exfoliate. Not harsh. Gel rinses well. Leaves my skin soft, not like I used rocks to wash with like other pumice cleaners.

Q: Would this work for staining from vitamins or other laboratory things? (I work in a lab).

I think there would be better alternatives to a staining type of remover. REDURAN hand cleaner is one that comes to mind and the only one I have personal experience with. This GOJO hand cleaner is more for auto mechanics and similar tradesmen to use for removing and breaking down of grease, oils and dirt.

Q: can i clean pencil stains with this

You can clean pencil stains off of your hands using this plus a nail brush. You would need something like a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to clean pencil marks off of walls.
