When it worked, it was nice..
The media could not be loaded. Had some hiccups upon first use. Would starting design fine and suddenly start over lapping cuts in wrong locations. Now I can't even get the thing to move past the welcome screen only the reset button "works" none of the other buttons do anything any more.. Owned for less than a year. Has not been used since Aug and I finally went to use and it would not work. So now I have a large pile of junk that has not made enough to cover its cost. I took a loss with this.. don't buy cheap.

Be prepared to fiddle with it.
Non-functional out of the box,, assembled easy enough, instructions good. ribbon cable to the USB/com interface was shorted on the bare metal clip they used to hold it in place. Edges were very sharp, not deburred. The stepper motor wasn't working so I took it apart to figure out why, fixed that and it works now. I added some rubber insulation tape to the metal tab. Still haven't figured out the software 100% and I'm using autotracer.org to covert my rasters to vectors, works 99% of the time. Cuts great, plenty of spare blades and an ink pen too so you can get it setup with that and paper instead of wasting vinyl. Definitely worth the money.

cutter works great
easy to set up and run. cuts great. Provided software is very limited if you want to make a custom cut pattern, but not expecting much there. Happy with the machine.
