PanDigital8-Inch LCD Digital Picture Frame

I purchased this product for a friend. I reside in Canada and my friend is leaving in the US. When my friend received the package he was very pleased with how well packaged it was. All of his pictures from his portable USB drive quickly downloaded into the internal memory of the frame. The frame is simple and easy to use. The 8inch size was perfect for regular size photos, it displayed them without pixalating and photos were seen relatively clear and crisp. He recently purchased a 4 GB SD card to use just for the frame and it is all working together very well. Overall, this product is a good simple frame to purchase if you are looking for something not too fancy and that is easy to use and reaonsably priced for an 8inch frame. I definitely recommend this product.

The only reason I purchased this product was I wanted a digital frame that would support SDHC. The specs indicated that it would. I received the digital frame yesterday only to find out that it does not support SDHC. I contacted Pandigital and they advised their newer models will support SDHC but the older models will not. Apparently Tiger Direct is stocked with the older models. I contacted Tiger Direct for a refund and they noted that THEIR website does not state the frame will support SDHC cards. This is a great digital picture frame with high quality pictures for anyone who can get by with using a maximum of 2 GIG SD card.

The Pandigital picture frame was reviewed online and given a good review about picture quality and ease of use. I purchased the frame for my elderly mother as a Christmas gift. It arrived in a matter of days, even in the Christmas rush! The directions were very simple to follow for set up and use. I saved pictures on a memory stick. Once I plugged it into the frame, the pictures came up automatically. The quality of the photos, both old and new is very good. There are many nice features on the frame, such as time on and off. The remote is very easy to use also. It was a nice surprise for my mom, as it contains many memories from past to present that she can look at!

This was purchased as a gift for my Mom. My techie younger brother was able to set it up very easily, and the picture quality and functionality were both great.Unfortunately, after a week of use, the frame started emitting an annoying buzzing sound. All the likely suspects (speakers, alarms) were checked, but nothing fixed it.We have returned it and are awaiting a replacement, because my Mom really liked it.

I have more than 10000 pictures on my computer, and it is nice to be able to see them at random.This frame is very nice, easy to load pictures, just connect to a PC and drag and drop the pics you want.The image quality is good enough.I don't need the video, or audio or wireless stuff, maybe later.But I have to return it, the most important feature I expect from a DPF is to display images, and display them in the right orientation, not sideways for vertical pictures.All pandigital DPF do not read the Exif data embedded in each picture and don't automatically rotate the photo to the correct orientation.I was instructed by the nice (no irony here) customer support to do it manually, like going to about 4000 pictures one by one and rotate them, when my computer can display them correctly without issue.Well other brands can do that, so I'll just return this one and order something else.

Very easy to use, just load the memory card and turn it on. It comes with an audio function that allows you to play your favorite mp3 while reviewing the photos. The pictures are clear and bright. A weakness I noticed is that if you upload several folders (like pics from different events that you've organized), it has a problem recognizing and running the folder specified. Overall, good product and reasonably priced.

I've already purchased two of these frames, one for my mother and one for my wife. Both my wife and mother are very happy with their digital photo frames 1 year later. I purchased this one for my God-mother for her birthday, since my mother has told her many times how much she enjoys her frame that I got her for last Christmas. My God-mother has said she has thought of buying one for herself. I definately would recomend this product to any one who wants to purchase a digital frame for themselves for as a gift for someone. This frame is easy to use and the picture quality is great! I had received a cheaper digital frame as a gift and returned it after I realized it was such poor quality. This frame is worth the money! One feature that is nice is that it has a timer - you can have it turn on and off rather than have it run 24/7. It is also made so you don't have to resize your pictures to get them to look good. The cheaper varieties have you resizing, otherwise your pictures look "stretched".
