Everything works great except for the fingerprint reader. Other then that one issue over all it works great and yes it really is waterproof I took it in the shower with me so I could listen to music and it got wet but didn't ruin the phone at all. I even got my Mom hooked on this phone case so we are both happy with it.

I had my phone for a good 3 year maybe..no scratches nothing. It looks brand new too. I love this case, my phone fell out of a tree stand so fell 20-25 feet and survived with no damage but the case was broken. Then I bought a new one and refused to take my phone out of it. Point I'd this case saved my phone from a 20-25 drop. Buy this case !

I chose this product because as a delivery service driver, I work in all kinds of weather. I bought this to protect my phone on rainy days and it does that. I gave 4 stars because with this case on, it is difficult to hear phone calls & difficult for the caller to hear me as well. Which I guess should've been expected since it is sealed, really well, to protect against water. This phone case works well if you have wireless earphones, which I didn't yet as I had just purchased the phone. Now that I do, I use this case for rainy days and my regular case the rest of the time. The finger scanner worked well before I put the screen protector on. Now that I have a screen protector, it doesn't work (kinda expected that) but I just punch in my code instead. Not a biggie to me, because like I said, I only use it on rainy days while working. Otherwise, it's in its regular case. If I kept it in this case, I'd take off the screen protector or change the settings. As is, I'm good. It is a good product and does what it says.Update: over a year later. I'm no longer a delivery driver, but I have kept this case and still love that it does keep water out, completely. I've even taken pictures and video under water, and it kept it water tight. 👍 Again, it's not my everyday case, only when I'm going to be in water, but it has to be a time that I know I'll be IN water and need my phone, because I'm bad about dropping things when I don't need too, lol. But only under those conditions will i use it, because changing cases can be kind of a pain. Other than that I love this case. But if you use it for everyday, go ahead and get the wireless earphones. It's worth it.

I like it, but I can't get my fingerprint scan to work. Other than that I haven't had any other problems.

The media could not be loaded. The case worked perfectly. Like a regular normal case. Kept it on for the whole trip. The only down side is when it's wet the screen make random selections; sending text and switching out of the camera app. And once submerged it stops selecting stuff and doesn't respond but will continue your video. *This a touch screen glitch though.*I highly recommend this case!!!

Love the way the item fits and how it is so thin but you cannot hear from it. I Cannot hear the person's voice on the other end it's all mumble. Fingerprint reader doesn' t work at all.

Fingerprint reader sucks, only kept it for a couple of weeks and returned it. Pass on this item. You can do much better in my opinion.

The case is water proof and sturdy,Down sides finger print lock doesn't work with a permanent circle patch that has like a water mark on screen, the cover on the cameras make the photos blury and audio is muffled
