Convenient size flour cans
First the product: exactly as described, the flour is in individual 1 lb cans so it is a size that's easy to use, store and handle and you can open only as much as you need to open at a time and not waste it. I've already used some and it seems to perform fine though I haven't tried using it in EVERY imaginable baking scenario (and it isn't really marketed as such anyway.)Second: I left a review and Amazon denied it. In my history of MASSIVE AMAZON SHOPPING FOR DECADES I've never had that happen. The review mentioned the features of the flour AND that the seller was quick to respond when 4 cans arrived damaged, and they replaced them right away. Ethical seller, so you can buy with confidence - something I think any shopper would want to know particularly on a product that can't be returned. On a plus, Amazon does apparently read and monitor (at least some) reviews, but I was still kind of "not happy" with that.Third: Product is pricey but then again, it's made for long term storage and convenience and in this current environment of difficult to find flour, I paid it so that was my choice :)

Great for Long Term Food Storage
I haven't used this yet but I was very pleased to find that I could buy a dozen packages of flour in a can. There are so many things we can do with flour as a base item for Chick-fil-A and a long-term emergency our survival situation. One of my biggest concerns was being able to make bread when the SHTF. Flower is the main ingredient of most breads and pastries. So having all purpose flour pre Packaged in a dozen cans is a great idea. (You could even bake bread or biscuits in a solar oven.)

Even if you have stored wheat berries and a mill, there may be times you won't have time to grind your own flour. Therefore, I'm prepping canned flour. It may not retain vitamins long-term, but starches and sugars are also nutrients, and you can fill your tummy when you need it most. I keep multi-vitamin tablets to fill that gap. This product is pricier than putting flour and O2 absorbers into a bucket, but you have to expect to pay more for the convenience. I haven't used this, as it went straight into storage, so I cannot speak to its quality. As an aside, if you don't know how to make sourdough, start learning now, as it will take a while to build your culture and perfect your technique. You may not have access to commercial yeast in the future. Good luck.

Great for emergency supply.
Great for emergency supplies. I love the stackable cans and the fact that they are fresh until I open. Cans are also good to keep pests out of the flour. The only thing I have a problem with is the labels come off really easily. I mark the tops of the cans for easy identification.

These are not #10 cans
I should have read the reviews. These are not #10 can size. Way too much money for the amount of flour you get. I should have waited for the local food storage to be restocked. I paid three times as much for this flour then buying a 25lb bag and Amazon won’t let me return the items since it is “food” even though they are sealed in cans (and I have returned other food items before).

Canned Flour
I liked the idea of flour canned because my experience in ordering flour in bags has been a disaster - bags broken open inside the packaging, with pounds of flour going to waste That’s heartbreaking). Yep, the cans are a bit pricey, but if I’m storing a little away for a rainy day, I’m comfortable knowing it’s clean, and packaged well for long term storage. There’s a pound of flour in each can, and they stack away nicely. No mess, no fuss, no drama. The reason I didn’t give it a five star is because I’ve not used any of the product.
