Excellent headset for price. Very good sound quality.I am in phone sales and need a great Bluetooth headset daily. Here's what ive learned by every single headset ive bought esp w/ this one. This headset is a definite buy!! It’s inexpensive but has out performed ones at 5-10x the cost. My only nevative comments are on my 1st one purchased in 2018 it stopped working at 11 months. However i cant blame the maker as it says in their website to not over charge and i assumrd like others to chg nightly as imAlways on the phone. so apparently i burned my battery by charging nightly. The 2nd one did not work after one wk of receiving it. That one must of been defective. Other than the inconvenience of not having a headset i returned it and was refynded no questions asked. The 3rd one has worked great. I love this brand and the quality the only reason I would pl not give a full 5 stars is because my 2nd headset broke by merely falling off my head when i bent over & it was made w/ cheaoer materials than this one/ newer model. The other reason whivh i do hope they improve is the headset does not inform you of a caller coming in (no identification of who is calling not by programmable names or numbers) This is the larger factor vs the higher end models.I do hope the manyfacturer read reviews to improve the geadsets functionality features. When im away from my phone yet speaking on it and call waiting comes in i have to rush to my phone to see whom is calling in. That is the frustrating part about the mpow headset. However if u are seekimg an inexpensive handsfree headset that freely allows you to be on your phone will doimb chores or work this is a frear geadset to buy. You cant beat the cost and basic functions.I just want them to update the features. The software is basic. But the sound quality on both ends of the phone usage is very good.Also only charge it every few days and for no more than 6 hrs. When it needs to be charged it will begin beeping (if its in use u can clearly here the beeps) . When charging the headset light will be red. When its fully charged there will be a clear light of no light at all. But even with me using it 7-10 hrs daily i still have learned not too charge it but evety cpl days. Hope this helps.

Everything is Great

I struggled with this purchase. I wanted a super high-quality headset for working from home. The good is that of the four I tried, this is the one I kept. The sound is clear. Pairing takes some getting used to. I have two computers and a cellphone "nearby" so It's hard to keep track of which one is connected and which isn't. Every once in a while the speakers would get "fuzzy" like it was going out of range...even though it was close to the PC. This happens rarely and I don't know how to compare it to other models. It comes with several earpieces. I still haven't been able to wear it for very long (and hour or two is all I can handle). So, if you are deciding between this one and another, go with this one. I can't say it too strongly just because I haven't used other models.

Reliable! Great sound and range, long battery lifeI have high standards when it comes to Bluetooth headsets. I own two PlantronicsVoyager Edges which I purchased from Amazon. I use them in my business for regular calls on my phone and Skype call on my PC. I also stream music and list to Audible books on it regularly. Many reviews on both Amazon and tech bloggers consider the Voyager Edge as being among the BEST OF THE BEST. BUT they each cost 3x or 4x what this one I'm review costs. After trying this Bluetooth headset, it's a completely different experience, but one I like at least as well, to the pointwhere it's almost random which one I pick out in the morning. It will depend on your personal style, but I recommend this one, particularly if you want a more solid earpiece.1.Sound Quality: Excellent. Both sending and receiving are clear. Noise cancellation is good enough that the people I'm talking to can't hear a car radio playing at normal volume, but not good enoughto conceal the moderately high winds in my parking lot. The wraparound earpiece holds the earbud against your ear nicely.2.Bluetooth: Terrific. Strong enough to work outdoors with my phone in my pants pocket or backpack, at least when the phone and earpiece are on the same side of my body. Works great -- I can usuallylisten simultaneously to the audio from my iPhone and my iPad with no trouble.Occasionally, the earpiece fails to pair with one of my devices if it had already paired with the other, which is a drag.3.Battery Life: Great. Have 8-9 hours of talk time, and I think that's enough for my job.4.Charger: It has a mini charging cable that plugs into a USB power source. I want another charging cable for my car or office, I need to buy one. I would have preferred that this charge by micro-USBlike everyone else's device, so that I could use my existing cables.5.Fit: This headset is not big. A boom mic extends across your cheek. It's very obvious when you're wearing this, and after a while you can feel the weight.6.Compatibility: This works perfectly with my iPhone8 and iPad3. There were some early complaints about compatibility with the iPhone8, but those seem like they have been sorted out. I don't have awindows or android device to test it with, so check other reviews for that info.

Does not stay in ear. The part that goes into ear canal is perpendicular to unit. Other brand that I lost angled down and would stay in ear canal. Also, USB mini. I thought everyone is going to C connection. Only thing I have now the is USB mini. Last brand was C.

I like the size, the time battery last and good sound for talk and received calls

I use this product at work every day, I work a 10 hr day and it lasts with power to spare, the bluetooth range is impressive, working even when I'm a good 40 feet from my desk. It's so comfortable I often forget I'm wearing it when I head for lunch lol!
