Comes very quickly and helps my exercise efforts even at age 76.

I did a ton if research before I chose this product. Glad I did. Pain was diminished within days but stiffness took about 3 months to get better. I chose this based on research and price. The bummer is that even at the price it was it's expensive to maintain lifelong. I'm 41 so early onset of osteo-arthritis. I'm greatly disappointed in the $5 price hike from $15 - now $20 this month. I am now looking for a new product. Is there no way to find this at the $15 rate now?

This is a supplement that provides joint support with the main ingredients being Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin, and Hyaluronic Acid. Each bottle gives you a 30-day supply (60 capsules) and directs you to take two capsules per day, preferably with food. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not have much of an aftertaste, especially if you swallow them with something that is flavored. It is always hard to tell how much any supplement is doing for you, but I have had a bad knee for most of my life and one of my shoulders has started to have issues with mobility as I have gotten older, and I do think that both of them feel better as I have started taking this. You can set this up as a subscribe and save item and have it automatically delivered so you do not have to remember to reorder.

This product is working very well, and I have tried many. I have significant arthritis in my joints. The price is reasonable and has all the ingredients I have been looking for in easy to swallow capsules. The capsules have a slight odor, like wheat germ or a vitamin but no after taste. I plan to continue to keep taking it as long as it keeps working for me.

I tried to substitute this for my Osteo Bi-Flex. It did not work near as well.

I really like this product. It took about a week or so..not long though, for me to feel a difference in flexibility and mobility in my ankle. But I love this, I would recommend this product to anyone with joint pain. I will continue taking this because it makes that much of a difference and my ankle feels so much better. Go ahead. Buy this and try it, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

I took this product as directed with a full meal and a full glass of water and I had the worst heartburn in my life. I cut the dose in half and the same thing happened. I went to the internet and found out that it has Tumeric Root Powder in it. It is listed as having many special precautions and warnings and side effects including stomach upset and heartburn. I would strongly suggest you find a product without Tumeric. There are many.
