Great tape for pain relief
Best tape on the market. I have used this for shoulder injuries and now I'm using it for a strained foot. I cut the strips in half and double the amount for use. This tape is easy to apply and last for several days and gives relief. It is good and sticky and even last a couple of days so a great value for money.

Great Kinesiology Tape!
We've used these a handful of times. More my wife than me as I sweat too much and have hairy legs, which make it harder to stick to the skin. It worked great for her, though. They were easy to apply and helped her feel a bit more supported.

Game-Changer for My Knee Pain!
I’ve been struggling with knee issues for a while, and this KT Tape Pro has been a lifesaver. It did take a little learning curve to apply it correctly, but once I got the hang of it—wow, what a difference! The support it gives makes my knee feel stable, like it's not going to give out on me. Pain is noticeably reduced when I'm standing or walking for long periods.Proof it works? I survived a full day at Busch Gardens—walking, standing in lines, and chasing excitement—with far less discomfort than usual. The strips stayed in place beautifully and didn’t irritate my skin. Reasonably priced and durable- not too thin, thick enough to be flexible. This tape is definitely going in my essentials kit for any future outings or active days.

The best tape for feet
This is the best tape I've found for the ball of my feet when I go on long walks. I tried athletic tape and while it stays in place for the most part, it has no give. I've tried the latex self adhesive tapes but they're a little rough and create friction and roll up if you don't make them super tight and when you do that, it cuts off circulation.Only thing I don't like is the price and that it leaves a sticky residue that I have to wipe off with alcohol or acetone.

Definitely felt relief from using these.
Long strips but excellent product. Helped with my extensor tendonitis pain when I taped up my foot. The strips were a bit long but once I cut them, they worked perfectly. A little painful removing them but they definitely made a positive difference.

Sticks to itself well
I'm left handed and I've torn my left rotator twice, along with my bicep. To get added support, I bought the KT tape. My thoughts were that with Kerri Walsh being a sponsor, it must be good stuff and I'm not overjoyed with it.I had a hard time with this and wasted 5 of the 20 strips trying to get it to stick. To place it for rotator support, it's very difficult to place yourself and the tape has a tendency to "slingshot" back when trying to apply it. It sticks to itself great but it didn't stick well to my skin. Because I paid $15 for the roll, I'll use what I have left, as best I can but I won't rebuy this brand.** UPDATE 10-08-2017 **KT immediately contacted me after my review was published and as you can see from their response, offered tips and tricks. Additionally, they offered to replace the roll at no charge. I gladly took them up on this offer and they shipped the replacement roll, free of charge, immediately. The tips and tricks did help but I still have trouble getting this on myself (because of my injury location), but it's no fault of KT. My suggestion to you is that if you have a rotator cuff injury that you're trying to support, have someone else put the tape on for you. The instructions inside the package will also give you a picture of how to apply it correctly for that particular injury location.** Update 2 ***It will help you out tremendously if you buy some alcohol prep pads, which are very inexpensive. I've found that by wiping down the area with a prep pad and letting it dry, before I apply the KT tape, makes a huge difference. The tape seems to go on better and adhere to the skin better, in addition to easier removal when you're read to take it off.** Update 3 **I've updated my review to a 5 star rating. I don't know if KT has improved the adhesive on their product or if the big difference was made by me learning to apply it correctly. Whatever the situation, this stuff REALLY sticks. Before I apply it, I just pour some alcohol on a paper towel and wipe down the area thoroughly, before letting it dry or wiping it down with another paper towel. There's no danger of this stuff coming off and I'd suggest when you remove it, that you do so in the shower. If you pull it too quickly - like a band-aid, you're gonna pull skin.In my opinion, the precut strips are the way to go and here's a tip: When you start to put them on, peel the backing back only about one inch. This will allow you to get it started without it flopping back and sticking it on itself or on your hands and from there, just slowly remove the backing as you move along the area that you're applying it too. Once I've started it, I just hold the backing tape with my thumb and index finger and I'm moving it along my arm and shoulder. When you get the technique down, it's easy to apply yourself (unless you're putting it on your back).KT Tape has been a tremendous help to me. I've reordered three times and will continue to do so in the future.

Very supportive and strong kinesio tape for hardcore exercise
I am so very impressed by this tape. I started with original cotton KT tapes when I was diagnosed with ab + rib + hip/thigh (illiotibial band) muscle injuries from vigrous workout and told to wear kinesio tapes for 4 weeks. They did not limit range of motion at all but instead prevented excess motions or overstreaching of muscles so that I could safely work out. By the time the initial 4 week regimen was up, I had already tried 2 other KT tapes (for sensitive skin, and PRO) and liked KT PRO tapes so much that I decided to continue using them in my marathon training.I have been using them for shoulder, rib, ab, hip, hamstring, side of leg (peroneus longus), ankle, and foot, sometimes all at the same time. I just ran a marathon race with 13 KT RPO tapes on me, and they stayed on till the finish line. After the race I lost my toenails which altered my gait and caused severe ankle pain. Ibuprofen didn't help with pain while walking, so I put the tapes around the ankle* and the pain was reduced significantly. I will be using KT PTO tapes in my training for probaly next couple of months until everything heals so that I don't have to completely stop training. The tapes are supporsed to be applied on the clean skin AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE activity, and if you follow that instruction, they remain in place no matter how long, vigrous, and sweaty the activity is. If you cut them in half to make a Y shape tape for your shoulder or hamstring, make sure you keep at least an inch for the anchor to stay put.I don't leave them on after shower, even though they are supposed to last for a few days. I just wear them on the day of training or from the night before and take them off after activity. I am allergic to adhesive, so wearing them for too long gives me rash. But I'd rather be itchy than in pain.
