The Three Bears Board Book

My 2yo son loves this book. The illustrations are simple enough that he can retell the story independently. We have lots of other Barton titles and we’re glad to have added this to our collection!

My daughter is in LOVE with this little book! I wish there was a way to have this specific one personalized for her. :) She checked it out at the library and cried and cried when we took it back. Each time we went it was checked out and we weren't able to get it. I was so happy when I found it on here and it was back in stock!! She wants to read the book every night a few times. Illustrations are cute and the story of course is great. It's also a good sturdy board book that she can't rip which I like! :)

I had this book when I was a kid and recently my toddler ripped it up. The book came in quickly and he loved it.

My 19-month old is an avid reader in the making, and I'm always looking for new stories for him that are in his age-range. Sometimes we read stuff that's way too old for him, which he doesn't mind in the least, but he needs some "baby books" too. I purchased all of the Byron Barton board books about planes, boats, trucks, etc., and my son really loved them, so I picked this one up as well.It's become a HUGE favorite of his. And he likes to help read it during the parts where he knows the words - "baby bear," the "chairs," and counting the bowls of porridge.The drawings are really simple, and I'd almost call it a "boy's book." There's nothing "girlie" about this story - even Goldilocks looks a little burly in the illustrations.Personally, I love it ... and it passed the kid-test, which is really what counts!

A family favorite, our toddler loves Byron Barton books. The pictures are simple and little kids can relate to them, few words on each page, but tells the story. Check out his other books too, we have several and our toddler often chooses one of his books at bedtime.

This book is perfect! I wanted a shorter version with pictures that weren't scary, and this fit the bill. I highly recommend!

sequences rule!

Every one of our kids loves this book. I don't know why they like it so much - maybe it's the speed at which it reads, and it is CERTAINLY the word patterns and predictable repetition of phrases.There are the right amount of pictures and words per page for a 2-5 year old. It keeps their interest. Great word patterns, the way the author worded the story. There is repetition that they can predict for each sequence. All of our kids have thus memorized the whole book! The drawings are also simple and I think they like that, too. I keep buying this as a gift for cousins and friends!

Needed a board book to go with some Goldilocks and the Three Bears characters that I made for my little niece, and this book fit the bill perfectly! Really like the delightful 'folksy' style of artwork in the book, and the fact that the bear drawings fit (unintentionally) my own little bears! LOL! Also very sweet, repetitive text that is very appealing to toddlers! Highly recommend this version of a much beloved fairy tale!

Super livre pour mon fils de 14 mois qui adore les livres. Je l'ai pris en cartonné pour qu'il soit plus résistant et c'est vraiment parfait. Le livre est epais et contient environ 10 pages. L'histoire de boucle d'or est très bien ainsi que les dessins. Maman bilingue je recommande ce livre pour vos petits qui seront charmés !

3歳の娘の英語教室でこの本を読み聞かせしていたので、家でもと思い購入しました。とても喜んで、毎晩寝る前に娘が持ってきます。簡単な単語だけだし短いので、幼児も飽きずに聞けます。

A great hard back book, ideal for younger children (granddaughters aged 2 and 18 months) to hold and turn the pages of.It tells the story simply and is long enough to hold the attention of younger children.I'd recommend this book.
