Does this lotion hear diaper rash?

This is not a healing lotion. So, no it will not heal diaper rash. I actually use it as a hand and body lotion for myself.

Can this lotion be used as kids face cream?

YES. I put it on my little twin granddaughters' faces. They're 16 months old. I've done that since they were about 7 months old. I wouldn't use it on a newborn without checking with their pediatrician first.

Amazing! Eczema approved

Had a mom friend recommend to me. This is the only lotion that worked for my baby! We live in a very dry state and he started having some pretty bad eczema flares within the first few weeks. This cleared it and softened + hydrated his skin within days! Love love it and will definitely be buying again. Very soft scent that doesn’t seem to irritate at all. Will be buying again and definitely recommend!

Eczema Friendly
