Trees are not your drone’s friend. Fell & hit every branch knocking the camera out nearly completely & ripping the video ribbon apart.This ribbon fits perfectly. Getting the proper folds was fairly simple. No special tools required. Have flown many times since installing with zero video issues. Camera control & video feed restored to factory specs.

The media could not be loaded.  This is not what I would call an easy fix, but after watching YouTube videos I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. My 1st attempt installing the gimbal ribbon cable failed, but perseverance paid off. Attaching the cable to the gimbal was the hardest part, due to the gimbal flopping around. On my first try I didn't have the cable attached to the gimbal correctly , but managed to get it right on my 2nd attempt. I've flown my Mini SE approximately 25 miles since then and the gimbal works perfectly. I should also mention that I broke the gimbal too, when the drone fell out of a tree. I used a plastic glue and very carefully glued the gimbal back together. Watch the YouTube videos and you'll be able to do it yourself and save a lot of money, besides learning how your drone works. This will fit your Mavic mini 2 perfectly. There is multiple listing of this flex cable by other sellers at a much higher price ($45) DO NOT BUY THE EXPENSIVE ONE THEY ARE IDENTICAL.

Worked perfectly to replace the original flat cable that tore after a crash knocked the gimble loose. Moderately difficult to replace, helps to have experience working in small electronics like smart phones. Many tiny screws and the connectors are difficult to mate.
