I ordered these because my swelling had gone down and I needed to drop down a size, from the 24mm to the 21mm and it was too soon for insurance to send a new one. These did not disappoint. Interchangeable with all my other spectra parts. Tubing, flanges, valves, all good quality, worked well, durable and functional.

Thank goodness for these! Finding the right flange size made a huge difference in comfort and output. These 17mm flanges were the perfect fit for me. I just wish I had figured it out sooner. A must if you're not getting the results you want with the standard sizes.

These work great with my Spectra S1, haven’t noticed any difference from the Spectra parts. As other reviewers noted, they work well with the Phillips Avent bottles too. They’ve held up well to constant washing and sterilizing/drying in a bottle sterilizer. Didn’t notice at first, but if you look inside the flange, it says the size

My Spectra came with large flanges. This smaller size really helped with pumping, especially as a mom who is primarily pumping. They fit my nipples perfectly and made pumping more comfortable!

A good replacement or supplemental part for the spectra pump series. The one complaint I do have is that the connection to the backflow protector is not as tight as my original spectra flange, but otherwise, it functions the same. I just have to make sure the connection is tight before starting to pump.

Love these flanges, just as good as spectra flanges! Easy to use, good fit, no complaints.
