We loved the colors, style and hand painting on these. They come with a little booklet about how they make them. Our daughters were especially happy with them. They are a bit fragile, the wood is thin. Be careful not to drop them as they can chip. We used them to introduce our study of Russia and were great with the Little Maytryohska book.

Bought as a gift along with a book. Hope to sit down with my grand daughter and read the book as she plays with the dolls.

These seem really well made - the painting is nicely done, and they have a glossy finish. They are easy enough to take apart and put together. My daughter received them as a gift and was quite pleased.

I get a new set of nesting dolls for my nieces every Christmas as a tradition. These were very nice!

Gift for granddaughter. Well crafted. We raise afew chickens and she helps care for them. Perfect!

Beautifully crafted Russian dolls. Great value for money. My four yr old grandson spends hours playing with them and they withstand his often rough play, looking just a good as the day I got them.

The picture on the front is stunning :-) I also loved the wee certificate that came with it. Delivery was fast and the product was packaged very well so as to limit any damage to the product during transit. It arrived in perfect condition. I bought these as a Christmas gift, and while I appreciate that these dolls are hand painted and differences are to be expected, the dolls I received had none of the quality or detail of the ones in the picture, and weren’t as nicely lacquered as the ones in the picture, they looked rushed, very disappointing.

Nice bright varnished colours. Well made and dolls fit well together.
