A great way to enhance your favorite Italian recipes
If you read this you probably know that this spice blend is a great tasting short cut that will make people like you more. It does have a nice blend of coarse ground Italian seasonings that are always brighter and more pronounced than their dried spice counterparts available at my local store (which isn't the best). The little added punch of parm is great. As with most of Paul's blends, a little goes a long way.
