A: Humm Zero is sweetened with Monk Fruit and Allulose. This blend of natural sweeteners has 1/10 the calories of sugar. Allulose contains 0.4 calories per gram compared to sugar, which contains 4 calories per gram of carbohydrates.

**Q: Are the probiotics in Humm Zero active?**
A: The probiotics in Humm Zero need four things to work: a pH around 5, moisture, body temperature (98°F), and a food source (protein & carbs). When you drink Humm Zero, the probiotics have everything they need to activate and support gut health!

**Q: How does Humm verify that its kombucha is "non-alcoholic"?**
