Star Trek: Deep Space 9 & The U.S.S Defiant Illustrated Handbook

The only thing it doesn't have is a map of the promenade and its shops and the like. I had seen one someplace else and hoped it would be in this book. Other than that, it has way more than I thought it would. If you like DS9, you'll like this book, and it will help you when you watch the show.

This book is great for any fan of DS9, period. The pages are thick and durable, the pictures and artwork are bright and detailed, and the text is easy to read. The "behind-the-scenes" canon content is really fun to mentally incorporate in to the show. A must-have, for sure!

To be fair, I'm a big fan of DS( so I am biased. I enjoy the book but as in all things I can always wish for more. granted this book is made from multiple sources but it is pretty thorough and all around enjoyable.

This entire series of Star Trek illustrated handbooks has been excellent, and the DS9 has been my favorite so far. Lavishly illustrated and well-written, I felt like I was back on DS9. I was left confused by Defiant schematics that reference a large warhead in the front of the ship, but loved many of the details. Recommended for Trek tech heads and DS9 fans.

What else can I say. If you are a huge DS9 and USS Defiant fan well this is book is for you. I waited for the is book for over a year with publish date changing 3 times till finally Fe 9th 2021 it was released. Alot of interesting facts, such as how many levels DS9 actually has....300+ and alot more INFO.

Great read. My inner geek is soo happy. Deep Space Nine is my favorite Trek series and this compendium is an excellent read for any fan.

I have purchased many of these Star Trek themed books and they are very detailed and are true eye candy. The books are of high quality construction and reasonably priced.

Lovely pictures and details! Full of info that a nerd like me like to know about the show. Also a nice looking book for the bookshelf.

Love all the details and now can match them up to the episodes sets. Lots of info and great illustration. Helps you get more out of the series and a great world building perspective.
