It tastes like juice and isn’t chalky. I’ve been looking to get this product for a while and am glad this seller offered it. Great for post workout and muscle building.

Best tasting and most effective Postworkout product I have used! Flat out, a perfect blend. The taste is mild, the effectiveness is wild! Reduced muscle soreness within my first 5 uses. I am on a 3-1-3 split most months so I was able to observe a marked difference when it came the second time around to hit any particular muscle group. I had no stomach discomfort or other gastric distress that some folks often complain about from a Pre or a Post. Not over here! I think anyone who does NOT utilize a Postworkout supplement is doing themselves wrong. Nice price, and the delivery from AML is fast.

Pricey, but good product when the dehydration packet works and it isn't delivered in glue format.

Great taste and fantastic results. I've been using AML post for going on 8 weeks with no digestive issues. I have gained 6 lbs of muscle while remaining under 7 % body fat. My recovery time has been cut in half and I find myself able to workout longer at a higher intensity. Love this product and recommend it highly.
