Phantom Aquatics Marine Men's Shorty Wetsuit for Scuba or Snorkeling

I'll start with the fact that mine fit perfectly! They don't run big or small, they run what they say they do! That being said, I'm 5'10" and 190 lbs and the large fit just right. It's a pretty decent quality neoprene suit! It worked well for what I need it for, working in pools during colder weather. Take care of your suit by hang drying it inside out overnight and it'll last a lot longer! When you store it, fold it in half and hang it like you would a pair of pants, not like a shirt! Super happy with my purchase! It definitely met my expectations!

Great fit. I am 6;4" and weigh 270 lbs. Bought a XXXL and everything fit properly except for the arm/shoulders. The suit is put on easily and the zipper is strong and has a nice long string. The velcro on the neck is also large and strong. The problem was the bunching on the arm/shoulder/arm pit area. I by no means have twiggy arms but for some reason they must think a XXXL person must have logs for arms... That alone brought it to 4 stars for me, others it's a 5 star suit.

I'm new to wetsuits, but here's my opinion.I'm 5' 11" 165 lbs, semi-athletic in my 40s.This thing fits me like a glove and looks great. The red accents look really sharp, and the tailoring is excellent.Feels very solid, well proportioned for my frame, and is quite comfortable most everywhere.It is a bit tight in the arms, probably assuming most surfers and paddle-boarders are more toned than muscular.If you have big arms, I'd suggest a larger size.All in all for the price it's a steal.I paid full price. I was not provided a free sample or discount. I just like it.I'll update after hitting the water.

Looks sharp, feels great.I bought this because I teach swimming lessons at an outdoor facility in Southern California and I wanted the UV protection so I wouldn’t need to bathe in sunscreen all day everyday.Now I have a magnificent farmers’ tan.Joking aside, this is a sharp looking wetsuit that fit me well (I’m 5’9”, 150 lbs) and looks great.The only issue I ran into was that the chlorine ate the suit away after about 2.5 months of daily use. This was largely my own fault because there were days where I’d get home and be lazy about rinsing the suit out in the tub, and I’d leave it sitting overnight with the pool chemicals still clinging to it.So if you’re using this in the pool, just make sure to diligently rinse it as soon as you’re done, and that will greatly prolong its lifespan.Other than that, if you’re hitting the beach, riding the surf, or just going for a dip, you can’t go wrong with the Phantom shorty. It looks great, will give you excellent protection from the sun, feels comfortable, and is sensibly priced.I will probably buy another one and save it for beach use only. If you’re looking for a suit to wear in the pool, go with the cheapest option you can find because *chlorine ruins everything.*Enthusiastic recommendation.

I’m 5’10”, 255lbs. 48” chest, 40” waist, 30” inseam. I have another shorty wetsuit (SEAC brand in XXL) that fits good, but I wanted a little more room so I could wear an extra 1mm vest underneath. I ordered the Phantom in XXXL. The length and inseam are great! Unfortunately I can’t get it zipped. Wearing just my shorts I can get the zipper up about 6” and that’s it; I’m just too fat for it to zip any more. :-(The quality looks fine and when I tried it on the arms and legs were very comfortable.I’ll hold onto it in case I lose 40lbs, but I’m very disappointed this XXXL seems smaller than my XXL.

My husband ordered this to run a Spartan Race in during the winter. He needed it! It was raining, 44 degrees, and windy. This thing worked beautifully for him. He says he was not cold during the whole race and he did not get cold until he took it off to shower and change clothes. The walk back to the car when he was not wearing it was worse than the whole race! It held up well and washed out clean.

As an owner of many wet suits in the past I have to say this one is excellent! Especially for the money! I am 6'3" and 196lbs, and a large fits me perfectly. Nice rubberized collars on the arm, leg, and neck cuffs for no slip. Stitching looks and feels really quality. And the bit of color detailing makes it pop just enough. My 6yo son loves that I have a "super hero" swimsuit, and he likes mine more than his much more expensive body glove pro 2 suit. Being a shorty suit I got it for jet skiing here in WA, it being 2.5mm is perfect for that...but I'll stick with my 3.5mm for the ocean here! If you are looking for a good WS for cold lakes or possibly oceans in warm climates, or snorkeling...I highly recommend this suit!

This was the most incorrect size. It’s waaaaay smaller than expected. Get two sizes larger than your original size. See if that fits. Other than that the quality with first impression without taking it in water was ok. I did not test in water but the seems did look fine. Still I gave this a one because of the troubles and incorrect content.

Better quality than I was expecting for the price.I have a 38" waist and a 44" chest, with a figure best described as "fat". The XXL fits nicely, is pretty easy to get on and off, and has enough slack to make it comfortable out of the water, but not so much as to make it ineffective in the water. I'd say it's the perfect size for me.As for the style and colour, when you're fat you can't go wrong with black, and the little glossy stripes add just enough of the James Bond to make you feel good about yourself without looking like a plank.

Little tight for the size. Would definitely go one size above your normal for this
