5 stars, perfect heaters
Order two of these. Absolutely perfect, can't fault them and will definitely get a couple mlre when needed. No problem setting up WIFI connections (if you knkw who too turn your WiFi to 2.5 instead of 5). Both work easily from both mine and my partners phones. Controls are handy especially when too lazy to get off the sofa. Surprised how quickly it heated up the living room and bar the slightly annoying beep when you turn on/off or turn the heating up, the heaters are slient when running. Best of all they look amazing. As other say, a little annoying for the bedroom that the display light is always on but I'll take it, of ot means I am cozy and warm. Only complaint was they where delivered and left outside my house in the rain- when spending this sort of money, I don't expected to be left outside while I was at work!

Great heaters (and alarm clocks).
I have two of these heaters and they are really efficient, sleek looking and warm up my whole flat in no time. However there are a couple of things that could be improved. 1) I have the heaters on a timer, one of which comes before my alarm to heat my bedroom. The beep is super loud when it turns on and there is no option to turn this off.. So now the heater is my alarm clock. 2) you can't turn off the LED display when it's in standby mode, only when it's actively heating. Slightly frustrating if the heater is in a bedroom as the display is really bright. 3) If you are not technically minded in any way, connecting to your WiFi can be difficult. To connect, I had to go into my router settings and turn off 5g. Then connect the heater, and then turn the 5g back on. I only has to do this for one heater though, once one is connected the other will connect via the app easily. If the sound and brightness could be controlled/turned off I would give it a 5 star review for sure.

Warms up quick and easy to set up
I've had this radiator for 6 months now and I use it in my garden room office (15m2, an average sized room). I always have the radiator in low (eco) mode and tend to find that after 30 mins the room is up to temperature, so its output is more then sufficient. I'm really happy with how effective it is for heating up the space. It's also silent when operating aside from a brief "clunk" noise when it initially turns on/off, which most rads do anyway when they start - generally it's very quiet (i'm sat 3 meters away) I use the radiator as a freestanding unit, which I move when in use and tuck alongside the sofa when switched off. Therefore I haven't bothered to wall mount it. The radiator is light enough to easily reposition and the freestanding feet are stable. The digital display panel works fine and can be switched off which is handy if the rad goes in a bedroom. The radiator digital panel is pretty easy to use; I've exclusively used the digital display control panel (haven't bothered with the little remote). Recently I downloaded the app and set up the wifi. A lot of complaints focus on wifi setup, but I had no issues with wifi setup what so ever, it took 5-10 mins to set up. My wifi in the garden room is on the 2.4Ghz band, not 5Ghz, which may help. The app is straight forward to use and I easily created a schedule. I also linked the app to Google Home and my Google Nest device in the main house (which is on different wifi). A quick test involving changing the rad temp using Google worked as planned. Overall, no issues with the technical set up aspects. The manual is clear on how to set it all up. Brilliant radiator and good value. I like its decent output (even when in low eco mode), how it looks and ease of use.

Unsafe Fault After One Year – Burning Smell and Faulty LED
I bought this heater in October 2024. Just over a year later, it has become faulty. In October, within the first year, the LED started to flicker, which wasn’t really an issue at the time. Now, however, when it’s heating, it fills the room with a strong burning smell. It’s been switched off as I can’t trust it, and I definitely won’t be remotely turning it on. I’d say it feels risky and quite dangerous. I phoned customer support and spoke to a very professional and pleasant woman. I expected they would at least listen to what was happening, as it’s their product. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do because it only came with a one-year warranty. It’s been one year and two months, and the unit has become dangerously faulty. I was hoping they would put my mind at ease, but the only thing offered was a 5% discount if I bought a new one through their website. As you can imagine, when I’m sitting here with a broken unit just after a year, that isn’t very reassuring. They also explained that there had been an option to opt in for a two-year warranty via a leaflet in the box. I honestly don’t remember seeing it, but even so, I didn’t expect a unit, specially one that isn’t cheap, to go faulty so soon after the first year. Apparently, the supervisor declined any help and said only to offer a 5% discount. At this moment, I cannot recommend this product unless you’re happy to spend £100+ on something that may break down within 12 months. I will be looking into my consumer rights, as I do not feel this product is of satisfactory quality or has lasted a reasonable amount of time.

Very happy with purchase. Fantastic heater in warmth, design and ease of use
Love this heater. Buying another now for the study as this gives out so much heat compared to our oil filled radiators! Love the Wifi control and I can set a timer to come on and off as required, or just put heater on an hour before I arrive home to ensure comfortable temp on arrival. Currently using this one in our conservatory and where before we used to have to close the doors due to the cold, the door now remains open all the time. Has kept the condensation at bay through the nights now as we set this for a steady 17 degrees overnight. A little tricky to fit to walk but nothing too taxing - just need a level to ensure pencil markings are level. Once in place though it looks great, and delivers! Not sure about economic benefit yet as not seen bills for comparison but for the sake of a slightly higher bill, this heater has been a game changer in the conservatory so will happily pay more for the steady balanced heat flow and fine looking unit - but like a space age tv but worth every penny as far as I can see. Only one slight concern would be around young children with the glass front and mounting low of the walls as from previous experience with twins, they can be a little unpredictable and like to bounce off walls! Whilst I believe it’s a toughened glass, and doesn’t get hot it would be one to think about. Our boys are 9 now so not a concern but something to bear in mind and possibly mount higher? Overall, very happy with purchase.

If you can get it set up it does what it should
I bought 3 of these heaters and once set up (which I will come back to) they work fine doing exactly what they should. They are pretty quiet in operation, apart from slight sounds from metal expanding and contracting, and heat up reasonably quickly. Frustrations are the display can be turned off but not permanently so if you are using a timing schedule it will turn on eg in the night and the display will be on and it is bright. We have had to cover the displays on all of ours as they are too much. Also when it turns on and off, including with a timer, it makes a loud beep which can’t be turned off. Whilst it’s useful to know it’s turned on by hearing a beep it would be helpful to be able to de select that as in the night if it turns on with a timer it beeps and it’s loud. However both of those issues are relatively trivial. The big challenge is getting it connected to wi-fi so you can use the app to control it and set timers. The first one I set up connected and worked relatively easily. The other two however would have tested the patience of god himself trying to get them to connect. I am pretty tech savvy and there was no reason for how they eventually connected versus the countless previous attempts. The instructions are of limited help and they are obviously out of date as what is stated doesn’t match the current app. I tried every possible way to get them to work and for 2 of them it probably took 40 minutes of attempts to get each to connect. As such if you want to be able to just use the heater without the connectivity then they are fine (though there are then cheaper options available without connectivity). However if you do want to get them connected to wi fi I wouldn’t even go there unless you are very techy and have a lot of patience. That said now I have them connected they have continued to work fine even if the options for using them as connected devices is limited eg you can’t set a temperature to go with a timer it will just use the last temperature the heater was set to as its target temp. Would I buy them knowing what I know now? Possibly yes as they do what I originally wanted them to though not without some tears along the way.
