Cuisipro Cupcake Corer and Decorating Set

I've been looking for an easy way to get filling into cupcakes without using a pastry bag that makes a huge mess. This little corer works fabulously! I love how it easily stops at the top of the cupcake removing just the right amount of cake. Super easy to use, and it cleaned up nicely. I'm only rating it with 4 stars because the spatula is extremely flimsy and somewhat cheaply made, along with the icing tips. If you are a regular baker and have your own tips and spatula's get this product! If you are just starting cake and cupcake decorating, the corer is worth it, but don't get discouraged with the other products that are included. Get Ateco brand instead. I didn't use the squeeze bottles, if someone does and gets frustrated, I would recommend putting your filling in a pastry bag or a zip lock bag (corner cut off) and fill the cupcakes. Not to mention how much easier the clean up is that way.Overall I'm glad I bought this,great product, fun and very easy! Nice work on creating a unique product!!

I bought this for my daughter's eight birthday - she wants to decorate cakes with her friends. I thought these might be easier for them to use then pipping bags. She and my 5 year old were able to hold the bottles and squeeze them during out test run. Kids hands need to be large enough to hold the top and bottom of the bottle at the same time.I was disappointed that they do not use standard decorating tips. These are slightly larger then the Wilton brand tips and I cannot use my existing tips with these bottles. The set comes with two tips, so that is all you will be able to use. The bottles are accordion style and are difficult to clean.

With a twist, the corer does its job quickly and effectively. The spatula - basic, but perfectly practical for this set. Now the decorating bottles/tips are a little tricky to use because if you squeeze them wrong or there is a big air bubble, the top of the bottle pops off and makes a bit of a mess. But I simply cleaned off the mess and twisted the top back on tighter. The trick is to use it as it is designed and hold the top part with your index and middle finger and your thumbs on the bottom of the bottle and squeeze down. The star tip is perfect for filling cupcakes and decorating the top and the other, is perfect for writing. As far as clean-up - it can all be broken down into 4 parts and the hole at the top of the bottle is large enough and the height of it is shallow enough to be able to clean thoroughly. I had to problem with cleaning it. I do have small hands but I think that I'd be able to do it just as effectively with big, clunky hands.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend's daughter. She was sooooooo excited she received it. As of this writing she has not had the opportunity to use the gift. However, based off of other cupcake corers this set was the best one out there. I was impressed with all the items it came with, instead of just the corer I was seeing in local stores.I'm rating this item based off of the reaction of the giftee and the value and all the items that came in the set.

I started baking recently. The taste I can do. Just follow the recipe, right?decoration was problematic because it's all about skills.After many failed attempt to frost my tasty cupcakes, I saw this.it does not magically make your cupcake looks the store-professional worthy, good enough for my own wedding type.However, it's much much easier to frost the cupcake.Now my cupcakes look like cupcakes. Huge step up from blah.

I just had a chance to use this yesterday. The corer is definitely not deep enough.

I make a lot of decorated cupcakes, so for me the decorating component of this product was not life-changing. But the little corer itself is terrific! It's nice to be able to ensure uniformity in filled cupcakes, and this little gadget makes that very easy.For a beginner, getting accustomed to making cupcakes fancy, this would be a great starter set.

Welcome to my Review...I purchased this for my 31 yr. daughter who's expanding her skills in the kitchen. After purchasing her own home this past June, she hosted her first Christmas dinner & had made several different cupcakes for all of us. They were so beautiful, we hated to eat them.. Love the spatula and corer never use the frosters

I havent used the icing ones but the spatula is good..its super light and smaller version of what I have which I super like

habe mir dieses set mal gekauft, weil ich grad total im cupcake fieber bin und dachte, ein wenig "semi-prof." equipment könnte nicht schaden. die Spritzfläschchen sind an sich super, außer dass die öffnung beim einen doch sehr klein ist, und man relativ viel kraf aufwenden muss um etwas herauszudrücken. vielleicht geht es mit luftigeren sachen besser... sahne oder so, aber das cupcake topping ist doch relativ antstrengend druchzudrücken. für mini-cupcakes vielleicht eher geeignet?! auch dass die spritzfläschchen gut zu reinigen sind ist wahr. es bleibt zwar relativ viel inhalt darin, man muss also vil. etwas mehr topping berechnen, aber es ist fast vollständig auseinanderbaubar und somit selbst von hand wunderbar zu reinigen.der entkerner ist super, allein dafür hat sich das set schon gelohnt. in die kleinen löcher lassen sich so wunderbar kleine "überraschungen" füllen. vom schokobon über obst bis hin zu gummibärchen... was man eben möchte, und versteckt wirds dann unterm topping. wofür dieser heber/dieses messer zu gebrauchen ist, ist mir noch nicht ganz aufgegangen. ob jetzt zum topping verstreichen, oder cupcakes aus der backform zu hebeln... klappt für beides super --> multifunktional :)bin auf jedenfall sehr zufrieden mit den gegenständen, für den preis.

Der Ausstecher ist prima.Das Aufspritzen mit den Tüllen ist nicht so einfach, wie man es sich vielleicht vorstellt. Eine festere Creme ist relativ schwierig zu verarbeiten. Die Sterntülle ist relativ klein, also wir große Verzierungen eher nicht geeignet. Und leider bleibt das meiste der Creme in den Rillen der Tülle.Da man jedoch Sahne gut verarbeiten kann und der Ausstecher super ist, gibt es gerade noch so 3 Sterne.

Das Cupcake-Set kann ich nur empfehlen. Es macht einem das Dekorieren der kleinen Küchlein um einiges einfacher. Vorallem der Ausstecher für die Füllung ist super-praktisch.Die zwei Spritzbeutel sind leicht zu handhaben und durch die große Öffnung gut zu befüllen.Schade finde ich jedoch, dass es nur die zwei Tüllen für de Spritzbeutel gibt.
