Freshness and Flavor in a Hard to FInd Locally Item
I was a little leery ordering these, afraid they would either intentionally dried or dried-up/stale, but these are so fresh! They are in perfect shape. Sometimes when I bought them in a store (the few times I could find them) many of the leaves were spotted/curling up/disintegrating. These are perfect looking. And the flavor is so vibrant. I rinsed them off and dried them with a towel---and the towel smelled so good after I picked up the leaves and froze them in a freezer bag. Can't wait to actually use them in dishes (tom yum soup, Thai curry, Thai spiced cashews, etc.). These leaves are so hard to find in stores---but now I can use them freely knowing there is such a great source for them. Thanks!

Damp and Rotting
These arrived in a damp paper bag. There are probably a few good leaves, but most slimy, brown or both. I won't eat these.

2 oz is A LOT more than you think
I made several purchases from the seller, as I love Thai food and some of the ingredients are just impossible to find here in Delaware (USA). As I stated in my other reviews, the shipping took a bit longer than preferred for fresh produce - as most of it was coming from across the world/country it was quite understandable. It even arrived before it was estimated. I was amazed at the sheer amount of kefir lime leaves you get from 2 ounces. There is sooooooooo many and I am really happy. They are very hardy and I had to throw away barely any of them upon arrival. I will be able to keep them fresh in the fridge for quite awhile. At which point I will likely pound and freeze in stock or oil. I do also wish they were packaged in anything besides plastic - which causes moisture retention and thus mold and decay. Muslin, cheesecloth, paper bag or even just having some paper towel in the plastic bag with the produce would significantly reduce the breaking down of the fresh produce. Will purchase again (even though these two ounces will last QUITE awhile)!

Reasonable price , good quality..
My leaves arrived in good shape other than a few leaves that didn't make it .bit that is to be expected..the closest Asian market is over 3 hrs away from where I live and I usually have more waste than pictured above for the same amount...I rinsed them dried them off in a salad / herb spinmer...vacuum sealed the best ( as in the picture ..so I can freeze some and the others will last longer in the fridge ..and pounded the mediocre ones into a paste to use right way...super happy with this product..once I will run out I will definately order again...and recommend ordering from this company if there is no Asian market nearby or if the one closest to you only carries sad looking ones or dried..the aroma of fresh ones is unbeatable even of they spend a few days in the mail

Kaffir lime leaves
It is essentially impossible to purchase fresh lime leaves locally so finding these on Amazon was a joy. Good appearance and flavor and they store nicely in the fridge, and are a welcome addition to my tom kah gai soup and other Thai foods.

Plentiful Kaffir Lime Leaves
Surprise! An envelope full of leaves in various sizes that were very loosely/partially wrapped in wet paper. Many of the leaves were dark brown and mushy. However, I was able to save the majority of them. Spread them out on my countertop, dabbed them with a dry paper towels and allowed them to completely dry. I then wrapped them in plastic wrap and placed in a freezer bag and placed them in my freezer.

These are NOT fresh lime leaves. They look like they were collected from the ground!
80% or more of the leaves were simply rotten. The leaves were damp and slimy. These are NOT “fresh” lime leaves as advertised. They appear to have been collected from the ground and shoved into a paper bag. Don’t waste your money. NO REFUNDS.

Some leaves not upto standard
Most of the leaves were good, but some were rotten. Why could the seller not send a more consistently good batch? The good ones were very flavorful.
