Old School
I had a couple under 10s try this out . At first they were really interested in figuring out the game which is all about jumping onto the coloured pads determined by the spin of a wheel. It reminded me of hopscotch ( a bit) but these kids had never played it ! I suppose when I was young we did not have tablets and games consoles and 24 hours of kids tv.And therein lies the problem. With so much competition for kids attention games like this will struggle. And so it proved after 15 minuires these kids had had enough .Nice idea and physical activity for couch potatoes is always welcome but this game just didn't have enough about it to keep them occupied for long.

Hop, skip and jump game
This game arrived in a large colourful box. However once opened there was a lot of empty space which is rather disappointing. I have found this before in GALT toys - large boxes used when a much smaller box would be more appropriate. The game requires the child to jump onto coloured discs and the discs also give tasks to carry out - eg. do star jumps etc.Reminds me a bit of hopscotch (hop, skip and jump) and also a little like twister.I found the kiddies started playing by the rules and once they got bored they then make up their own games. As its a new game they enjoyed working out how to play it but I feel this will soon be another game left on the shelf.I do like that the game gets kiddies up and moving around but the box is way too large and means there’s disappointment once opened and it also seems quite expensive when you actually look at what is included. For above reasons I would give this a 4 star review but am not sure I would recommend this at the current price £19.99

Can't hop yet? Fall over
I love that there's a lot of versatility with this game - not only are there different ways to play but it can also be played indoors or out. It comes with 16 double sided foam disks which are not too thin or thick so they're durable but they're not going to keep tripping over them as they play. One side has 3 colours while the other has colours and actions (hop, jump, star jump, run on the spot, touch your toes and balance on one leg). They can either be played by laying them out like stepping stones with a goal to reach the end, randomly placed and players have to jump to specific colours while a disc is removed each turn or they can be laid out in a circle and you have to work your way around the circle without being over taken. It's a game that both adults and kids can play but my son is only just 4 and hasn't quite got the hang of hopping yet so spends more time comically falling over as he attempts to hop. It's active, it definitely gets a lot of laughs but a lot easier for young kids to play than Twister.

These are ok for when a parent is tired
I was hesitating between 3 & 4 stars - but in all honesty, this is the type of 'game' that will help you get through another hour without losing face when you are extra tired. There are pads with activities on them, there is a spinning wheel and the number of variations of this game is endless. I am sure any child will come up with their own way of playing it, but you can also read the instructions together and offer your child to follow them. And though this game seems pretty simple and might appear quite useless, it is games like this that get children physically active, bring fun and help you create an activity where otherwise you might have got stuck. And if it helps a tired parent offer some action to their children who are always in a need of action - this is your toy.
