Don't like how you have to put it on, hard to get both legs through. If your cat measures 15" get the Large. I have one larger cat (healthy weight) that measures 15" and one smaller that is chonky and also measures 15". Got a m for the smaller framed one and l for bigger, ended up returning the M because it was just a tad too tight on him. Seems secure but can't vouch for if they can back out (I'm sure they can) or not, I'm not at that stage with them yet and you don't ever want them to go backwards while training because once they learn how to get out they probably won't forget.Gonna order another in L when my return processes.
