I'm an intermediate lifter and used this in my home gym to take the moisture off my hands as I sweat. I live in Tennessee and humidity makes bar grip a problem and this solved that. I like the bag it's in because I can just grab it and give it a few squeezes with each hand and not get chalk all over my floor. I used to use a brick but those crumble and are messy. 100% recommend

This chalk ball was just what I needed! I love that it's refillable, so I don't have to buy a new one when it runs out. I've already used it several times and the material lets just the right amount of chalk through. It doesn't send up great puffs of chalk when I grab it, but I don't have to toss it around or knead it to get enough chalk out to cover my hands.I'm a failry new climber so I don't know much about chalk quality, but I haven't had any problems with the chalk that came in the ball. It stays on my hands and does the job. More experienced climbers might have their own particular type of chalk they like to use, but since the ball is refillable you can easily swap it out.

Perfect for powerlifting. I need to prep, chalk, and go. This bag is perfect for me since it is dispensing a small amount of chalk and doesn't create a mess. It comes in a resealable bag which is super helpful as well. I have been using this product for 2 weeks now and my lifts have become more stable and the callouses on my hands don't rip anymore. The chalk does a great job of lightly coating my hands, keeping them dry, and giving me a better grip on the bar. This chalk is really fine and soft so it soothes my hands as well. I would definitely order this product again due to its functionality, ease of use, and price-point.

I am an addvid climber when I go to the gym I need a lot of chalk on my hands this chalkball puts a light coating on my hands but doesn’t really give enough chalk to soak up the sweat. Though I opened the chalk ball and the chalk inside is very nice, very smooth but I wouldn’t recommend this chalk ball for intense rock climbing or going to a boulder gym just because 1-4 squeezes isn’t enough to fully coat your hand because the fabric is just too thick to let out enough chalk. though the quality is nice the fabric is well-made the cinch on the top does hold in the chalk. It’s also fits well in my bag and it’s not a super big bag.I think if you need some chalk to increase your grip and don’t want a big mess this is the product for you.so it’s a good product it’s just not ideal for intense sweaty hands.

It said he is a family man and a small business owner. I WAS NOT PAID TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. Oh and the chalk bag is awesome! I bought it because my daughter was getting callouses on her hands from the bars on our outdoor gym. Now she can do as many pullovers as she wants without hurting her hands. The chalk works great and the bag it’s in works well too.

This was my first ever purchase of gym chalk. I've been hearing about the greatness of gym chalk for a while but never decided to purchase it until a few months ago. I have been consistently lifting weights going on 9 years now, so I like to think of as my self as a seasoned vet. 90% of my gym days are heavy lifting days (big boy shit haha) I deadlift using the 10-8-6-4 scheme. For a couple of weeks I stopped going so heavy because my hands get EXTREMELY sweaty when I lift so the bar always ends up slipping out of my hand, even when I use my trick of wrapping paper towels around the bar to get a better grip. I didn't see the need to keep trying to go heavy if I couldn't get the weight all the way up. So, my order of this chalk came in on Tuesday, which was perfect because Wednesday is back day and back day = deadlifting day. Long story short, I finally got to go heavy again on the deadlift and at the end of my 10-8-6-4 (265lbs, 285lbs, 305lbs, 325lbs) sets I went for an extra 5th set and hit a new max of 365lbs. With this chalk I'll be doing 405lbs in no time!!The only thing I was initially concerned about was when I first opened the chalk I noticed it wasn't finely broken up/ powered. It had a lot of clumped up pieces inside so I thought I had gotten a bad order. I recommend this chalk to anyone who wants to improve their deadlift weight/max. Also , the price you pay for this amount of chalk is unbeatable!

Bag came leaking powder everywhere. Got all over other products that I ordered with it. Hopefully it didnt damage anything.

Before this purchase, I never have bought chalk for lifting before. So I chose this seller since it had a good price and good feedback. I like that it is in the small pouch because it doesn't get messy and it's easy to carry around. All you have to do it squeeze on the pouch a little and you get a good amount of chalk for your lifts. It is refillable, so useful for long-term use. I bought it about 3 months ago and it has kept its quality. I recommend it.
