With four chrome plated racks, there is ample room to smoke up to 6 chickens, 2 turkeys, 4 racks of ribs or 4 pork shoulders. A patented side loading wood chip system allows wood chips to be loaded without opening the smoker door, so the perfect temperature is maintained and two air dampers control the amount of smoke. A water bowl adds moisture and flavour to food. Thermostatic temperature control ensures even, consistent smoking and a built-in meat probe provides perfect results every time. Using the Digital Control Panel you can set the smoking temperature, a countdown or count up timer, set the temperature of the top broiler grill and obtain a temperature reading from the meat probe. Alternatively utilise the Bluetooth technology by linking the smoker to a smart device and monitor these settings remotely. Apps are available for both Apple (minimum requirements: iOS 8, iPhone 6 and Bluetooth 4) and Android (minimum requirements: Android 5.1 and Bluetooth 4) devices.
