Many people will hesitate to get involved in real estate because they have heard nightmare stories about horrible tenants. You can avoid all that by doing it this way.

It's a plainly written, easy to follow, basic book for a beginning investor interested in lease options. The marketing system and telephone scripts are quite helpful. A little too much "buy our other programs" at the end and I wish they had included sample documents but hey, for [item price] what do you want?

This book teaches you how to screw people out of their money. By simply assuming a middle man position you can profit from others by screwing them over! Thats all this book is, do not waste your time if you are a serious investor that actually wants to make money without harming others.

this book has a good idea to invest real estate, but require a very diligent person working hard on it. It is not easy to implement by part time.

This book was a real eye opener. I haven't yet put the ideas into practice - which I guess is the real test of a book, but it's got some great insights. I found this book recommended in a review of another property book - and I'm so glad I bought a copy.If you've come across "lease to lease" (or rent to rent) this book builds on these concept and shows how you could buy and sell the property - but it's certainly suitable for someone with no experience of becoming a property investor. It also describes how to remove some of the hassle from being a landlord.If you're looking for an alternative property investment strategy - then this could be the book for you.

Highly recommended and a good read.

Got into reading this book so quickly and appreciated the plain explanations and guides on what/how to say to sellers/landlords. Although we do things differently here in the UK, unfortunately, the concepts and structure still works.
