Good Product
I mistakenly bought an almost identical product from the same manufacturer from Amazon Warehouse and the end was damaged and bent from the previous buyer, and somehow it wasn't checked for quality control.This time I bought it new and a couple things:The Youtube video is much better than the somewhat confusing instructions (lists 8 washers but doesn't diagram where the extra 4 go, I figured out by implication, but it should be clearer for dummies like me who hate putting stuff together.The video is good but why have graphics obscure key points (like what about those extra 4 washers) For the basic installation (normal sized mailbox where you don't need the extra attachments), it's screw then washer through each of the 4 holes with a 2nd washer and the nut attaching from the other side. Make sure you tighten with a wrench.

It's a round post to mount your mailbox on. Pretty hard to screw up!

Does the job !
Very easy , I decided not to read the directions and just watch the video video. I assembled it less than 15 minutes.

Sturdy
This is well made, sturdy and easy enough to install and is a replacement for the first one I bought a few years ago. My only negative is the plastic piece that screws to the mailbox broke when a chunk of ice fell off my roof and hit my mailbox. That would not have happened if it were metal.

It works great
I bought this for our new jumbo mailbox, and it fit! Very nice and sturdy. My husband and I put it together ourselves.

Worked for what I needed but, not that sturdy. Metal in the pole is thin. Would take much to bend it over. I concreted it in the ground and if I pushed on it hard enough I could bend it over

Excellent
I was surprised at the quality of this product for the low price. Easy to assemble with no problems. I used concrete as the base and covered with dirt. No wobble. With a little adjustment old mail box fit fine.
