Great mug, great quality, and great presentation!
I picked up this mug as a gift for my wife. She loves tea and this mug seemed perfect for that! The mug itself is great quality, very sturdy, and I don't have to worry about it breaking. The design on the mug seems like one that will stay on there permanently and not wash away in the dishwasher! The packaging it came in is also very nice. It is always nice unboxing a gift knowing someone else took their time getting the presentation just right!

Poor quality
It's a cute cup and nice size. But, I'd hoped for better craftsmanship considering the price. Glass had bubbles and a couple small chips. I'm sure if I wanted to deal with the hassle, I could return, purchase a better glass mug, and get it engraved for less. I bought for a Christmas gift but, now. .. it's just going in the cabinet. Too poor quality to consider a gift.
