Perfect for Single Serving Dishes.
This review pertains to: All-Clad E849A264 Stainless Steel Cocottes, 0.5-Quart, 2-Piece, Silver.I love these little pots. They came in a set of two, both the same size: Just big enough to wrap my hands around and sip soup from. Small enough for a one-serving one-pot meal, like a quick egg drop soup, bowl of oatmeal, ramen, rice, what have you. Thick, flat bottoms with nicely fitting lids, means I can cook a range of things without burning. I could even braise a couple of chicken thighs. or even make a little bit of pop corn. However, once done cooking, the pan cools down quickly enough that you can just wrap a towel around it and eat right out of the pan, as it handles like a nice little bowl. The sides are cool enough to handle, but the thick bottom retains more heat, keeping the food warm. So, less clean up.Cooking for one is difficult at best. These little pots just make life easier. so, If, like me, you eat only small amounts of food, and want a very functional little set of pots, I highly recommend them. Now, if they'd only make a fry pan about the same size with a nice lid like this I would be so so happy.

Too Cute!!!
I am such a fan of All-Clad product...High quality and so beautiful in its simplicity!!!These (2) .Cocottes, although really small are the high quality you expect from All-Clad!!!As, I mentioned above, these items are really small, they are as small as the whole of your hand...Small and cute, seem too cute to cook in, more like decoration for your kitchen, or a toy for your child that loves to pretend to cook while playing house...When I received them in the mail, I thought how small, but I still was very happy that I purchased them, because despite of the seemingly unusable size, the well-made small size made me smile and giggle just a little bit...I do not regret my purchase, and for sure, would buy them again...Maybe, give them as gifts and watch the BIG SMILES!!!All of that said, I think you could bake and serve a wonderful Homemade small Pot-Pie in them, or serve up a great French Onion Soup!!!

Lovely Little Pots
Since I have learned it's best to bake or warm food in the oven or on the stove vs microwave. (Better nutrition this way.) (I also like that these are stainless steel and feel good about being healthy with this cookware.) I was happy to find these...and with lids too! I was really just trying to find a lid this size for my 1/2qt butter saucepan. I don't mind the abundance of now having three 1/2qt saucers. This pan is especially useful to cook my eggs in the oven, sunny side up and they come out perfect every time. It takes some learning of your oven, but I lightly butter the pan and dollop the two eggs in the pan. I place them in the oven cold and turn the oven to 375* and by the time the oven reaches 375*, give or take...your eggs will be done. A sharp spatula to remove the eggs is needed. Then soak the pot in water. To clean, I do take a steel scrub and "lightly scrub" my pot. (Being careful not to scratch the finish.) It works nicely and I am excited to do a breakfast for two with my pots, for each to have their eggs done sunny side up and at the same time.

T. J. Maxx Returns
These are great little dishes for storing and reheating single serve leftovers or portioning for two people. Hopefully, you have better luck on getting first quality All-Clad. I got T. J. Maxx returns (see pics) shipped in a plastic bag. No box, no bubble wrap. They could have at least repacked them to remove the T. J. Maxx inventory labels. This practice of selling returns as new has got to get policed better. Also, doesn't T. J. Maxx sell off quality factory rejects?? So not only did I get a return, I didn't get first quality All Clad. Now you know why this is a HIGH RETURN ITEM. Are you listening dear Amazon?

Beautiful Stainless Steel Cocottes
These are beautiful and sturdy cocottes. I have not used them yet, but anticipate using them for French onion soup and other small casserole dishes. They are 16 ounces, which is larger than ordinary stoneware cocottes. High quality and I love the handles and the fact that there are lids. The newer version of this item does not come with lids and is more expensive.

They are too small, so they are not worth the price 😞

Barely All Clad
I was happy to find these when we decided to ditch the microwave. The size is great for a single serving on my smallest burner. However the texture and weight of the metal is not as nice as my 15 yr old All Clad set. They seem a bit cheaper. But I’ll keep them because they do the job and they are so cute.

I get 2 pretty cute pots
The pots are tinny. Cam be used to make small personal pots of rice, with your favorite toppings on top. Such as diced tomatoes, Sliced fish or meat or shrimps . They r so small. Can be put inside a bigger pot or saucepan to steam/ reheat food. Love them

Awesome little bakers and servers.
Perfect serving size baking pots. From oven to the table they are great for when I don't want to make or eat too much. I'm enjoying finding all the ways I can make use of these.

TINY AND BURNS!!!!
I threw it in the Trash as soon as I got it they’re so tiny and they burn easily. The size of these is like it’s made for kids.

Not an All Clad expected quality
The stainless steel is thin. Pretty look but by the time you hold it in your hand, it's so light and thin. I used a lot of All Clad (including All Clad made in China). This specific product fails to deserve the All Clad name. This will likely marks the end of my shoping to All Clad.
