ORIBE Hair Care Signature Shampoo, 8.5 Fl Oz

Let me start by saying that I have been using "good" shampoos for about twenty years. I've used everything from Aveda to Pureology, Alterna, Davines - the list goes on and on. For the last few years I've been using Kerastase volumizing shampoo, and I do love it. It's great shampoo and I really thought I'd found a favorite in it, however, then along came Oribe! I overhead two ladies at my yoga studio (both with amazing hair) talking about Oribe, and I wanted to try it so I ordered it in the small travel size just in case I didn't like it. It's truly amazing. Due to a thyroid issue my hair fell out for almost three years and has gotten pretty thin and limp in some places, especially in my crown. It's since stopped falling out thanks to the right thyroid meds, but still - it's been difficult to feel confident about my hair when I feel like I've lost about 30 % or more of it in the last few years. I wasn't really expecting a miracle from Oribe - just wanted to try it, and was already pretty happy with my Kerastase. It's definitely concentrated so you don't have to use much. It smells so good and my hair was so soft after I rinsed it, even before conditioning it. I use cheap conditioner - nothing special because my hair is short and I always use good shampoo - so I was really surprised to still be able to smell the Oribe after I conditioned. The real shock to me was how my hair felt when I was drying it. I had so much volume and shine. I felt like a model in a hair commercial or something. I'm almost 40 and have never experienced my hair feeling like this before except when I get a professional blow out. I didn't put any product in it or anything and it just looked really good and full. My husband even told me my hair looked really good which he normally would not say unless I "fix" it with products, etc. Anyway - I've never written a review for shampoo before, but I am so amazed by this shampoo and I just love it. I'm ordering the big bottle asap. I think people who are rating it poor who have fine hair might be using the wrong conditioner.

Ok, so a friend raved about this shampoo and I decided to give it a try even though I was skeptical. I am very low maintenance so I never spend a lot on hair products. But wow!! This shampoo turned my fine hair into amazing, silky, thicker feeling hair! Sometimes I can even skip a day washing it (but I workout a lot so usually its too sweaty to do that) I don't use this every day since it is so pricey- I try to use it on the weekends or when I am going to be out more. I highly recommend this (and the conditioner) especially if you have fine limp hair. It is totally worth the price! Also, a little goes a long way so use sparingly. :-)

This shampoo is really thick, and has a superbly thick lather. Finally, a shampoo that made me feel clean without making my hair feel dry. I took a shower (using the Oribe Signature Shampoo and Conditioner) at night, and seriously awoke with perfect, frizz-free hair. The shampoo also has a nice subtle, earthy scent, and the bottle looks really lovely in my bathroom!

This smells wonderful and the fragrance is subtle but lasts. It leaves the hair feeling very good (I use the conditioner as well). My long hair was too dry with other shampoos but this is just right. In terms of cost, a little of this shampoo goes a long way so don't need to use much at a time. For a really good shampoo, this is worth it.

It's a little expensive but, it is really EXCELLANT shampoo. I recommend anyone to try it. Because your gonna love it, and your going to want to keep using it . Really good stuff, give it a try.

I have been looking for a good shampoo for a long time and after trying several different famous salon brands my search ended with oribe Signature.This shampoo is not too heavy and does not make your hair too dry, so you can use it everyday without damaging your hair or drying it out. This is particularly good for people like me, who tends to get oily scalp easily without a days wash.Another good factor is that it has good conditioning qualities . So if you have dry thin hair, you can safely use this shampoo everyday without drying out your hair, and infact the light conditioning slowly repairs your hair and brings back brilliance and shine.The reason I gave it 4 stars is because - It does not later as much as I would like it too. The ideal way to use this shampoo is to take a dime sized amount for medium length hair and massage your scalp and work up a slow lather. This is the part where it fails. It does not lather too well, and massaging your scalp without lather will only create tangles. The second thing they could improve is the smell. It smells great , but it would be nice if it had a deeper smell, to leave a lasting effect in my hair.

I have used this shampoo for years and love it, however this bottle is terrible. It smells faintly of chlorine - nothing like it is supposed to. I purchased it to have on hold until my current bottle ran out and now I am told I am too late to return it. That means this is literally $42 down the drain. I will not purchase from this seller again and strongly warn you not to as well.

I was turned on to this shampoo when I frist had my hair straighten by my hair dresser. Not only does it smell good it does wonders for your hair.I will definitely order more via Amazon, it's cheaper for me to order this way instead of driving into the city to buy it. Definitely worth the $$.

This shampoo is amazing, it really makes your hair shine. The matching conditioner is just as good.

This shampoo leaves my hair soft and shiny even with daily washing. It is a little expensive but you don't need a lot.

I tried Oribe for the first time and was skeptical. Now I cannot imagine my hair routine without it. Lovey scent and just the right hydration my hair needs.
